仙台駅からアーケード入ってすぐ2階のお店です。
牛たんのお味は、、とても柔らかい！
利◯や伊達の◯タンなどと比較しても柔らかくとてもジューシー。
ただ、お店が寒い！換気をしてるせいか入口からの冷気が入り、ずっと凍えながら完食。
冬は行けない。
まて暖かくなったら食べに行きたいと思います。

It is a shop on the 2nd floor immediately after entering the arcade from Sendai Station.
The taste of beef tongue is very soft!
It is soft and very juicy compared to Toshi ◯ and Date ◯ Tan.
However, the shop is cold! Perhaps because of the ventilation, the cold air from the entrance entered, and I ate while freezing all the time.
I can't go in winter.
I would like to go eat when it gets warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 並ばないと入れない名店と聞いていたが日曜日の17時頃に幸運にも並ばず入店。
牛タンは噂通り美味しい。
そしてこの店で食事する方におすすめしたいのは牛タンと翠ジンソーダの組み合わせ。
普段はジンソーダといえばMonkey47やボタニストを飲んでいて、翠のような安いだけで味の主張が少なく今ひとつ物足りないジンをソーダ割りでは飲まないが、これが意外と牛タンに合う。
逆に前述した味の主張の強いジンは美味しいが食中酒向きではないので本当に絶妙なチョイス。
この発見だけでもこの店で食事して良かったと思いました。

実は初めての仙台で、時間も無く、
国宝・大崎八幡宮へお参りした帰りの
バス停で親切にして下さった青年のバイト先。
立ち寄って余りの美味しさに感激?です。

注文を受けてから焼き上げているので、焼き置きにありがちなゴリゴリとした固さは全くありません。
一口食べれば焼きたての香ばしさが口いっぱいに広がります。柔らかくも適度な歯応えがあって、箸がどんどん進みます。付け合わせの南蛮味噌やお新香も、箸休め以上の仕事をしています。
大将さんはじめ、店員さんはみな親切です。味もさることながら、安心かつ落ち着いて食事ができる空間を提供されていることは本当に素晴らしいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台来るとなんとなく牛タンが食べたくなる。というわけで牛タン店へ。牛タン食べに行くとき、大体牛タン云々より、つまみがどんなモノあるかで決めてます。
今回はハピナ名掛丁にある牛タン焼専門店司に行ってみました。
まずはアップルワインハイボールを飲んで、テール焼き、三角揚げ、梅水晶を頂きました。
梅水晶はサメ軟骨に梅肉をあえたものです。サメの漁獲量１位を誇る宮城県らしい一品ですよね。
その後は角ハイボールを飲みつつ仙台らしくセリのおひたしで飲んでました。このセリはすごく旨い。関東で食べるのとはなにか違う感じします。
締めは牛タン定食。
この牛タン柔らかさと歯ごたえが抜群です。今まで食べた中では一番美味しかったように感じます。

This time, I went to the beef tongue grill specialty store in Hapina Nakakecho.
First of all, I drank apple wine highball, grilled tail, fried triangle, and had plum crystal.
Plum crystal is shark cartilage with plum meat. It's a dish that is typical of Miyagi prefecture, which boasts the highest catch of sharks.
After that, while drinking Kaku Highball, I drank it with auction like Sendai. This auction is very delicious. It feels something different from eating in Kanto.
The end is a beef tongue set meal.
This beef tongue is outstandingly soft and chewy. I feel that it was the most delicious I have ever eaten.

って事で、評判のお店へ。
ビルの2階にあり、エレベーターより手前の階段が早いです笑
私たちも2番手で入店
そのあとも続々とお客さん入ってきます。
さすが人気店
感染防止対策もバッチリで安心です。
アルコールは飲み放題はありませんでしたがメニュー豊富
牛タンのたたきが柔らかくてとにかくうまい✨✨
もちろん焼きもテール焼きも安定の美味しさ。
リピート決定です✨✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous for their beef tongue I'm told. We had a set lunch and I enjoyed it all. Wouldnt have known i was eating tounge if i hadnt been told (that it was famous). Tounge was cooked with some pink, had good texture and flavor. It was sliced in strips for bite-sized chop stick dining.
