★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛タンとレバーの定食が食べられる利久。レバーはこのお店でしか食べられないと親方がおっしゃってました。ランチでも予約したほうがよいです。
 Toshihisa can eat a set meal of beef tongue and liver. The master said that liver can only be eaten at this restaurant. You should also make a reservation for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光で訪れてあまり下調べもしてませんでしたが、司に行きたくて向かったら大行列。
しまったと思いつつ周りを見渡しても牛タンはどこも大行列。
ふと目に入ったここの看板を頼りに地下へ降りると、満席でしたが10分ぐらいで入れました
他の方も書いてますが、場所がわかりにくい(見つかりにくい)ため、穴場なのかもしれません
味はおいしかったです。子供連れだったので子供用に小さく切ってくれたりテールスープを子供用にわざわざ用意してくれたり、配慮がとてもありがたかったです

When I went down to the basement by relying on the signboard here that I suddenly saw, it was full, but I entered it in about 10 minutes
Others have written it, but it may be a little-known spot because the location is difficult to understand (hard to find).
The taste was delicious. Since I was with children, I was very grateful for the consideration that they cut it into small pieces for children and prepared tail soup for children.

The best combination of barley rice and grated yam. Beef tongue there, definitely delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2人で行きましたが、カウンターしか無いと言われて厨房側の店員が控えてる場所に案内されましたが、他に2人用のテーブル席が空いていました。カウンターはパーテーションがあるため、2人でメニューを見るのがとても不便でした。背後では店員の声がうるさく、厨房からも常に見下ろされる感じがして、味わう間もなくさっさと食べ終わりました。落ち着いて食事を楽しめないなら、ガストに行った方が良ったです。牛タンが好きで、平日に1人でランチに来ることも何度かありましたが、メニューが最近変わって魅力的なメニューもなくなってしまったようですので、もう二度と行きません。

Since the counter has partitions, it was very inconvenient for two people to see the menu. The clerk's voice was noisy behind me, and I felt like I was always looking down from the kitchen, and I finished eating quickly before I tasted it. If you can't calm down and enjoy your meal, you should have gone to Gusto. I like beef tongue, and I used to come to lunch alone on weekdays several times, but it seems that the menu has changed recently and there are no more attractive menus, so I will never go there again.

時間にもよりますが、ここならそれほど待ちも無く、静かに食べれます。
If you want to eat alone in Sendai, you will often use the store in the basement.
It depends on the time, but you can eat quietly here without much waiting.

お昼時だったので他の店舗は行列が出来ていましたがここは待たずにすぐには入れました。
店内も静かだったので、ガヤガヤ系が苦手なのでちょうどよかったです。
注文したのは、主人が厚切りのタイプ、私が味噌と塩のハーフ&ハーフの8枚切りの定食にしました。私はとろろを別で頼みました。
定食はテールスープ・ごはん・野菜の漬物（結構多め）・牛タンが出て来ました。
基本的に量が多いので8枚切りではなく6枚でもよかったかも…
お腹いっぱいすぎた。
味はおいしいのですがどれも塩辛いです。
①塩タン 結構塩が効いてます（ビールが欲しくなる）
②味噌のタン 香ばしくて甘めの味噌
③野菜の漬物 塩が効いている
④テールスープ ちょうどいい
野菜の漬物に至っては辛すぎて全部食べれませんでした。
東北の料理は味が濃いのか？頼んでいたとろろに付けながら食べました。塩分取りすぎた…
I went for lunch on the first day of my trip to Sendai.
Since it was lunchtime, there were lines at other stores, but I entered here immediately without waiting.
The inside of the store was quiet, so I wasn't good at it, so it was just right.
My husband ordered a thick-sliced type, and I made a half-and-half set meal of miso and salt. I asked for tororo separately.
The set meal included tail soup, rice, pickled vegetables (quite a lot), and beef tongue.
Basically, the amount is large, so maybe 6 pieces could have been used instead of 8 pieces ...
I was too full.
The taste is delicious, but they are all salty.
① Salt tongue The salt is quite effective (I want beer)
② Miso tongue, fragrant and sweet miso
③ Pickled vegetables with salt
④ Tail soup is just right
The pickled vegetables were too spicy to eat.
Do Tohoku dishes have a strong taste? I ate it while attaching it to the tororo I was asking for. I took too much salt ...

他にも牛タン東山さんにも行きましたが、こちらの方が私は好みでした。
味付けがしっかりしてましので、ご飯がすすみます。
スープの牛タンも、ほろほろで美味しい。
とろろに入ってる卵も濃厚で色味が赤い。
やっぱり牛タンは高級なだけあって美味しいーーーー
This time, I visited on a business trip.
I also went to Ushitan Higashiyama, but I liked this one.
The seasoning is good, so the rice goes well.
The beef tongue in the soup is also delicious.
The egg in the tororo is also rich and red in color.
