★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八溝付近なので当然蕎麦を食べようとして立ち寄ったが、蕎麦は無くうどんでした。あまり期待しないできのこうどんを注文したが、想像以上に麺は手打ちで腰があり、汁もだしが美味しくびっくりした。一緒に頼んだごぼう炊き込みご飯も味が良く美味しかった。大満足でした。お勘定の際うどんが美味しかった話をしたら今日のうどんはいつもより水が多く細めになってしまったとの事。本当に手打ちしているようでした。今日はうどんで大正解でした。
