臭みもなく、美味しい肉でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構え、雰囲気、メニュー、価格などとてもよくて何度も訪れています。
しかし、鮎の塩焼きはもう少し火を通して欲しいです。特に内臓部分は食べられません。
The store, atmosphere, menu, price, etc. are very good and I have visited many times.
However, I want the salt-grilled sweetfish to be cooked a little more. Especially the internal organs cannot be eaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 袋田の滝を観光した後にランチで寄りました。
店の外観、内装、また川沿いの立地であることもありとてもユニークでレトロな雰囲気。
ジブリの世界に出てきそうな程の不思議なデザインでした。
剥製などもあり、店主のこだわりを感じる内装で店内を歩くだけでも満足してしまいそう。
ここでは軍鶏の唐揚げをいただきました。
唐揚げの量がとても多く、ガッツリ食べたかった私としてはとても大満足！
他の小鉢なども山菜や蒟蒻の刺身など美味しかったです。
次回来る時には猪や鹿などのジビエ料理も食べてみたいと思います！
After sightseeing in Fukuroda Falls, I stopped by for lunch.
The exterior and interior of the store and the location along the river make it a very unique and retro atmosphere.
It was a mysterious design that seemed to appear in the world of Ghibli.
There are also stuffed animals, and it seems that you will be satisfied just by walking inside the store with the interior that feels the owner's commitment.
I had fried chicken here.
The amount of fried chicken is very large, and I am very satisfied because I wanted to eat it tightly!
The other small bowls were also delicious, such as edible wild plants and konjac sashimi.
The next time I come, I'd like to try some Jibie dishes such as ino and deer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての猪肉が食べたくて利用しました。
店内は天井が高くいい感じです。自分で焼く猪の鉄板焼きを頼み美味しかったのですが、メニューには鹿刺しも提供しているようなので注意喚起の目的で書き込みます。
充分に火を通さない生の鹿や猪(野生動物)の肉の喫食はE型肝炎ウィルス感染のリスクがあるようです。ウィルスは冷凍でも死にません。自分も知らずに鹿刺しを頼んでいたかも知れないので注意してください。
適切な処理はされているのでしょうがジビエの生肉は提供するべきではないと思います。
猪の鉄板焼きはすぐ火の通るような焼き肉のような厚さでした。

Eating raw deer and wild boar (wild animal) meat that is not fully cooked seems to be at risk of hepatitis E virus infection. The virus does not die even when frozen. Please note that you may have asked for deer sashimi without even knowing it.
I don't think raw meat from Jibie should be served, although it may have been properly processed.
The teppanyaki of the wild boar was as thick as grilled meat that could be cooked immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50代以上の方は天ぷらそばは一人で頼まない方がいいかも。10品の量はハンパないです。シェアする事をお薦めします。私たち夫婦はもたれて胃をやられました。
If you are in your 50s or older, you shouldn't ask for tempura soba alone. The quantity of 10 items is not hampered. We recommend that you share it. Our couple leaned back and had a stomachache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮎のお刺身定食と鹿のお刺身と単品で麦ご飯となめこのお味噌汁をお願いしました。初めに出てきたのは鹿のお刺身。冷凍されたまま出てきました（笑）
その後に麦ご飯とお味噌汁、鮎のお刺身定食が。
鹿のお刺身は自然解凍しながら食べました。
鮎のお刺身は肝つきで、鮎はまだ口をパクパクしている状態でした。初めて食べましたが、チャンスがあればシーズンに食べに行きたいと思いました<美味しかったです。
本当は鉄板焼を食べたかったのですが、座敷に通されてしまい、鉄板焼は食べることは出来ず。だったら最初に言って欲しかったと感じました。人手が足りないようで、まだ片付いていない、テーブル席が多く見られました。
次回は鉄板焼と鮎のお刺身を食べに行きたいと思ってます。
