大きめな丼に、炒め野菜たっぷり、麺も普通盛りで他のお店の1.5倍位はありそうです。
ラーメンのスープに野菜の旨味が加わって、絶妙な塩加減で美味しいスープでした。
麺は手打ちの太縮れで、固すぎず柔らかすぎずの茹で加減がスープにマッチして大変美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問、湯岐温泉への旅行の際の土曜日ランチに伺いました。
事前リサーチの結果、混雑する前のオープン直後に行くことに。
オーダーはカツ丼と悩みながらの半チャンラーメン（タンメン）。
噂通りのタンメンの器の大きさ！洗面器よりも大きいです！
その大きな丼の中に、野菜がたっぷり乗ったタンメン、かなりなボリュームです。麺は太め平打ちの縮れ麺で、スープも美味しい。
ただ少し残念だったのが、豚肉が少し臭い？
そして半チャーハンですが、これまた半分ではなく、そこそこ一人前ありますね。味も少し濃く感じましたが美味しかったです。
もうお腹いっぱいです。ラーメン大盛りにするにはかなりな覚悟が必要です。
次に伺う時にはカツ丼行ってみたいですね。

I visited for lunch on Saturday when I visited Yujima Onsen for the first time.
As a result of preliminary research, I decided to go immediately after the opening before it was crowded.
The order is half-chan ramen (tanmen) while worrying about katsudon.
The size of the tanmen bowl as rumored! It's bigger than the washbasin!
Tanmen with plenty of vegetables in the big bowl, it is a considerable volume. The noodles are thick, flat and curly noodles, and the soup is delicious.
The only disappointment is that the pork smells a little?
And it's half fried rice, but it's not half, it's a decent serving. I felt the taste was a little strong, but it was delicious.
I'm already full. It takes a lot of preparedness to make a large serving of ramen.
I would like to go to Katsudon the next time I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 矢祭町によく行くのですが、初めて入りました。料理人さんの手際が良いのか、いろいろな料理が一緒に出て来るのがすごい。味、美味しいです。盛りいいです。普通の定食屋さん、じゃあない。是非、一度入ってみて。試しに。満足しますよ。

店の方も感じが良いです。
私はみそラーメン、妻はタンメンを
頂きました。野菜たっぷりの平打ち
縮れ麺でボリュームがあります。
その他、かつ丼、揚げ物系の定食、チャーハンなどがありました。ご飯物も食べているお客さんも多かったです。
餃子はありませんでした。
また行きたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひとりで入るのは躊躇しましたが、空いていそうなだしお昼だしで、入店しました。テーブル席を取りましたが、後から後からお客さんの波。相席かカウンター席に移動するか迷いましたが、マスターさんが大丈夫ですよとお声を掛けていただきました。嬉しかったです。
ラーメンですが、チャーシューメンをいただきました。味はさっぱりしてます。麺はやや硬めでしたが噛み応えありました。それに、注文してからたったの5分で、ハイ！おまちどおさまって、速すぎますよ！お冷やも美味しかったです。
I hesitated to enter by myself, but it seemed to be vacant and I entered the store at noon. I took a table seat, but the waves of customers later. I was wondering whether to move to a shared seat or a counter seat, but the master told me that it was okay. I was happy.

追記 リピート。半ちゃんラーメンを食べました。ラーメンは醤油味であっさり系の昔懐かしいラーメン。太縮麺で私好みでした。半チャーハンはボリュームもあり、こってり系でした。どちらもすごく美味しく食べました。ラーメンはタンメンに変更可能だそうです。次回は、タンメンにしてもらいます。very good!!でした?
追記 リピート。半ちゃんタンメンをすごく美味しく食べました。タンメンは野菜たっぷりです。なかなか麺にたどり着かないくらい。野菜好きにはたまらない。very good!!?
