K	Kanaco Ikeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母の70歳のお祝いで家族3世代10人で利用しました。食事は大広間に通されたのですが、そこにはある会社の30〜40人の宴会が設定されていました。その宴会の横に衝立一枚で私たち10人の席が用意されていましたが、あまりにも宴会がうるさいのと、テーブルがあまりにも大きすぎることで向かいの人と距離がありすぎて声も聞き取れない状態でした。父がクレームを入れると、支配人が「繁忙期だからしょうがない」とだけ言って、こちらがまだ話しているにも関わらず奥へ引っ込んでしまいました。ホテルがどうこうというより人としてどうなのでしょうか。宴会が入るのはしょうがないでしょうが、時間をずらすとかできたはずです。あまりにも配慮がなさすぎます。料理は10段階で4。美味しいものもありはしましたが、最初から冷え冷えの炊き込みご飯があったり、冷凍の山菜が凍ったまま出てきたり。いい評価がたくさんありましたが、サクラじゃないかと勘ぐりたくなります。結局満足出来ず、近くの中華料理屋のラーメンを食べに行きました。そこは本当に美味しかった！それと部屋がカビ臭く、苦しくて窓を開けて寝ました。冷蔵庫も勝手に鍵がかかる仕組みのようで、その度にいちいちフロントを呼んで鍵を開けてもらわなければいけません。じゃらんのサイトにも辛口コメントが載っていて、それについて反論する支配人。ここは接客というものを何もわかっていない世間知らずのホテルでした。 It was used by 10 families 3 generations at the 70-year-old mother's celebration. 小	小澤廣勝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天トラベルで予約させていただきました。褒めるところが見当たりません。その上で感想を投稿させていただきます。 1 チェックイン時に事前にお伝えしてある項目を確認していないらしく、ウェブと受付で二重に書く羽目に。ネット可にしているなら確認して欲しいです。 2 案内された部屋が変な匂いがした。また夕食時窓も開けてないのに魚の匂いが充満 3 温泉の泉質はよかったとおもいます。 4 夕食時に二時間飲み放題をお願いしましたが、二時間経ってないのに打ち切りになりました。訳がわかりません。なのに普通に請求されました。 5 同じく夕食時、アンコウ鍋？でしたが、火をつけて下さいと言ったらそこの女将さんらしき人が自分で付けず従業員に奥で命令するだけ。態度が、、、苦笑あとアレルギーの事は伝えておいたのに普通に出てきました。(おい！！！) 6 海の幸は中の下くらい(主観的ですが)特別な物はなかったかな。以上これらを踏まえて星一つ。ホントは星付けたくないなこれではもう行こうと思えないかな。 I made a reservation on Rakuten Travel.
