通常の日本酒は製造の過程で二回加熱をしますが、生酒は1度も加熱をしません。
加熱によって失われる日本酒本来の味が活きています。
お酒好きなら是非生酒を飲んでみてください。
普通の日本酒とは全然違うのがわかると思います。

Normal sake is heated twice during the manufacturing process, but raw sake is never heated.
