Y	YEKK YEKK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日スキーで利用しました。【悪い点】・長野駅からハーベストへの送迎バスに乗ったところ、他の客が酒を飲んでノーマスクで会話していても運転手が注意することもなく、コロナ対策が全くなっていない。・大浴場に入ろうとカードをかざしていたら、女性従業員が無言ですぐ横にある掃除用具を入れている倉庫をバンと開け、子供と一緒にビックリさせられた。こっちが驚いているのに気づいているのに「申し訳ございません」等の声がけも一切なかった。さらに、風呂から上がったら、倉庫のドアが開けっ放しで、中が丸見え状態だった（次の日も）。・レンタルスキーの場合、予めハーベスト専用のロッカーに一式準備しておいてくれるが、シューズのサイズが合わなかったので（結構遠い）タングラムの貸出カウンターに持って行くと、スキー板も調整するから持ってくるように言われ、結局、ハーベスト専用のロッカーと貸出カウンターの間をスキー板3組を素手で持って往復させられる羽目にあった（最初から貸出カウンターでの受け取りにしてほしい）・売店で買い物しても「ありがとうございました」と言われない。また、廊下ですれ違う従業員も他のハーベストと比べて挨拶しない。【良い点】・スキー場がホテルの目の前で本当に便利。・大浴場がハーベストの宿泊者専用で空いている。 I used it for skiing the other day. g	g- ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update 今回初の和室の部屋でしたが、テレビが小さく部屋のサイズ感的にも「あれ？ちょっとハズレ引いたかな？」と思いました。また今回は大雪警報最中という事もあり、駐車場においた車がこれまでにない状態になっておりました。自己責任といえばそれまでですが、駐車中の客に対し雪対策の基本的なアナウンス（ワイパーやミラー、雪かき等）はされた方が、ホテルとしてもよりよいサービスに繋がるのではないかと思いました。スキーシーズンのみの利用。コロナ以前はほぼ毎年訪れていました。ホテルはきれいでスタッフの対応も良く、客層も比較的まともなので満足です。ホテルを出てすぐスキー場なので立地も良好です。出口周辺にお子様向けの小山（エスカレータ有）があるので、小さいお子様連れ・スキー初体験者・スキーブランクありな人にもオススメです。宿泊者にはリフトの割引サービス（結構お得）もあったと記憶しています。ホテルもさながら、こちらのスキー場は広くてコースが豊富なので結構好きなスポットです。 update update This was the first Japanese-style room, but the TV was small and I thought, "Is that a little lost?"
