け	けんの助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外の薪は飾りじゃなくて、ほんとに薪窯でした。生地の塩気が強すぎなくて、美味しいです。素材が和風っぽいのもあるのがおもしろい。 The firewood outside was not a decoration, it was really a firewood kiln. The dough is not too salty and is delicious. It is interesting that some of the materials are Japanese style.

H	Hiroyuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外に薪を置くセンスの良さに惹かれて来ました。美味しかったです。特にルッコラと生ハムのピザ(1680円)美味しかったです。この値段でこの美味しさのピザは、他ではなかなか食べられない気がします。ホタテと岩海苔のアヒージョも感動しましたね。テーブルに出てくる前からキッチンから漂う匂いでわかるほどの存在感笑。あとお洒落なバーニャカウダでテンションが上がるのも良かったです。値段相応なものもあるかもしれませんが、全体的に作り手の工夫と丁寧な仕事ぶりが伝わってくるディナーで、舌も胃袋も大満足でした。接客の良さはここで全部書くと、長すぎるので書きませんが、素晴らしいことに間違い無いです。こんな良い店が八王子を盛り上げているなんて、本当に素晴らしい限りですね。 I've been attracted to the good taste of putting firewood outside. It's really wonderful that such a good store is exciting Hachioji.

Most authentic carbonara sauce I've had in Japan, and it was on a pizza! Ham salad starter was almost the highlight. Nice staff, nice atmosphere, not too pricy, English menu available if you ask.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for over 5 years, even before they moved to this new location, and we have never been disappointed. The food/pizzas are always great and the staff’s friendliness just makes everything better. They even remembered my birthday without me even mentioning. That is without a doubt world-class customer service. I’m not sure if they have an English menu but if you really want to try one of the best pizzerias in Tokyo, you should arm yourself with Google translate and venture to explore this foodies’ paradise.
