Especially for lunch, cospa is very good. I use affordable ingredients, but I think I can do this because I have cooking skills. The inside of the store is also spacious.

A	Atushi Iizuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洒落た内装のイタリアン。イタリアンだけど、オシャレだけど、気取りすぎていない快適な店。週替わりランチで、「ミックスフライタルタルソース添え」を注文。大変満足いく良いものが出てきた。フライはえび、帆立、ブタ。どれも衣が薄めにつけられて上品な仕上がり。フライヤーにどぼんではない感。揚げ焼きにしてある様子。大きさはこれまたどれも小ぶりで上品、トータルでちゃんとお腹が満足する量。おかしな風にボリュームを大きくして見た目満足なのだがあとでお腹がキツい、そんな風にはしていないのが好ましい。このレストランにちゃんと似合うキャラクターであると感じる。ソースをかけるのではなく敷いているところ、タルタルの丁寧でスパイス感じる調味の巧みさ、付け合わせの野菜にも手抜きなく、どこをとってもちゃんとおいしい。完成度というか、世界観がしっかりある。デザートがこれまた素晴らしい。チョコレートケーキというか、ムースであろう。きれいなぶどうを一粒クリームに乗せ、季節を表している。唸らされる。これは1100円でドリンクまでつくランチに出すにはやり過ぎだ。いい意味でやり過ぎ、料理への、お客への、店への愛が強いと感じる。まったく嬉しくなる食事だった。デートに支えて値段に驚く、使い出いい覚えておくべきレストラン。八王子に寄るべき場所ができた。 Italian with a stylish interior. Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金土日のみ実施のゆったりイタリアンランチが美味しいブラッセリー獏に行ってきました。日曜日のお昼に1人でお邪魔しました。こちらに引っ越す前はちょくちょくワインを飲みにお邪魔してましたが、こちらに移転してからは初訪問になります。店内は以前と比べてかなりゆったりとしています。先客はカップル１組でしたが、その後次々と４組くらい来客がありました。みずき通りに人通りが多いからかなかなかの人気ですね。オーダーはサラダ、ドリンク、ドルチェがついたパスタランチセット1000円でミートソースパスタ、食後に珈琲にしました。オーダーしてすぐにサラダが提供されました。写真では分かりにくいですがアボカドソースが掛かったオシャレドレッシングで美味しいですね。さらに5分くらいしてミートソースパスタとたっぷりのパルメザンチーズとタバスコが提供されました。パルメザンチーズは香りが良いのでおろしたてかもしれません。ミートソースパスタはややボリューミーでバケットが１切れ合わせてありミートソースがたっぷりとのってます。まずそのまま頂きます。肉肉しくて美味しいですね。続いてパルメザンチーズをたっぷりとかけていただきます。ワンランクアップしたパスタになりましたね。かなり美味しいです。東急スクエアの向かいにある老舗イタリアンではパルメザンチーズが有料だったりと残念なのと比べてとても良心的でやはりこちらは良いですね。パスタを食べ終わってから珈琲とドルチェが提供されました。ドルチェはチーズケーキです。甘さ控えめでしっとりとして美味しいですね。ゆったりとパスタランチをいただきました。美味しいパスタランチをご馳走さまでした。 I went to a delicious brasserie for a relaxing Italian lunch only on Fridays and Saturdays.
