口コミで気になったことなのですが。
ここは東京都八王子市にある精神障害者や知的障害の就労支援施設なのに、なぜ岡山県の人が投稿してるのでしょうか。
岡山から通っていたのでしょうか。
他の投稿も投稿時期がまったく一緒で、揃って「個人的に」という言葉で責任逃れをしていて、正直笑ってしまいました。
そんなことありませんでしたよ。

利用した感想としましては就職前と就職後のサポートがしっかりしていて安心しました。
就職前はグループワークでコミュニケーションの取り方を学び、就職に必要な履歴書の添削から面接の練習を一から丁寧に教えてくれました。
無事に就職をしてから後も面談や電話で連絡を取って安心して働くことができるようサポートをしていただけました。
まとめますとリスタ八王子の良い所は就職が決まって退所した後も安心して働くことができるサポートが整っているところだと思いました。

Before I got a job, I learned how to communicate in group work and taught me from one point on a practice of an interview from the correction of the resume necessary for the job.
After I got a job successfully, I was able to get in touch by interviews and phone calls to help me feel at ease.
When I put it together, I thought that the good place of Rista Hachioji was the place where the support which can work in peace even after leaving the job was decided.

仕事のみならずプライベートの悩みも相談できるので大変に助かっています。昼休みや仕事後の時間にも対応いただけるので安心です。
通所していた頃を評価するなら★４ほどです。
精神障害の方が多かったせいか、ちょっとしたことで利用者同士がギスギスなりやすく少し辛かったです。
あと、当時は就労準備の段階に至っていない利用者も数人受け入れていたのか、落ち着いて作業できない雰囲気の日がたまにありました。今は就労支援と生活訓練はフロアを分けているとのことなので、そういうことは無いらしいです。
リスタ八王子は他の大手の就労移行に比べて細かいカリキュラムやコース別けなどなく、束縛される感覚は少なかったです。おかげである程度自由に訓練と就活をさせてもらえ、個人的にはそれが良い方向に働いたと思っています。

Also, at that time, there were days when I couldn't work calmly, probably because I was accepting some users who hadn't reached the stage of preparation for work. It seems that there is no such thing because it is said that employment support and life training are separated on the floor now.
Compared to other major employment transitions, Lista Hachioji did not have a detailed curriculum or course division, and there was less sense of restraint. Thanks to that, I was free to train and get a job to some extent, and I personally think that it worked in a positive direction.
