まだ暫くは料金所跡が残っているので速度などに気を付けてご通行を。
（開放前は車は150円・自転車は20円でいずれも現金のみ、徒歩は無料でした）
随分便利になる……というか所沢方面と狭山日高インター周辺の工場・倉庫地帯とを行き来するトラックの人たちがよりスムーズになりますね。
これで周辺の、交通量の割に狭い道や国道16号の混雑が多少なり改善されるといいのですが…。
夕方は散歩やランニングで通行している人も多い橋です。
こちらからも天気が良ければ川越しに遠く富士山を見ることができますよ。
市街地中心部から少し離れていること、川が深くなっている場所で水辺に寄れないポイントが多いこと、河川敷がやや繁みの多いことなどから、近隣の他の橋に比べると周辺はちょっと寂しい雰囲気です。

無償化から一か月の21.9.1帰宅ラッシュ時間帯の18時頃、雨の中16号側のトンネル内でスリップ事故が発生し大渋滞。
そりゃ無償化すれば下手くそが通るようになって事故起きるわな。
