そこそこの距離があり、歩いて渡ると7、8分かかる。
東側の河川敷には養鶏場があるため、風向きによっては不快な臭いがすることがある。
新狭山駅北口から出る西武バスはこの橋を通る。

少し遠目になりますが何の障害もなくゆったりと鑑賞できますよ。
ただし、駐車場か無くて車で行けないのが難、、、
自転車でどうぞ。
