I bought a recommended one among various kinds of sake. While having an elegant sweetness, the gentle acidity and bitterness made me feel the depth of the taste, and the sake with a refreshing aftertaste was very delicious! I wanted to drink other alcoholic beverages.

き	きむらさとし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「岩波零ノ参式」を購入。冷やで良し、燗を付けても壊れることなくコスパ的に「良い酒に出会った」と満足していましたが・・・先日、いつもの「特約店」にて購入し自宅で開栓した際に『瓶底に亀裂』があったらしく気が付くと1/4程が無駄になってしまいました。流通の過程か、販売店での陳列の際なのかわかりませんが、一応メーカーにお知らせした方が良いとの判断でメールを差し上げましたが残念ながらお返事をいただけませんでした。私のように今後「残念な気持ち」になりませんよう、購入を考えている方々には今一度「瓶に亀裂がないか」確認してからの購入をおすすめします。 ※後日、メーカーから連絡をいただき、謝罪されました。私からは「消費者は販売店からも購入するので、販売店にも注意喚起をお願い」したところ快諾してもらえました。あぁ、良かった！これでまた美味しいお酒が飲めます。 Purchased "Iwanami Reino Participation Ceremony". カ	カッパマキ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務所・販売所の入り口が分からず、探しました。販売所にはお酒の香りや味わいの強弱を示すグラフがあり、お酒選びにの参考になりました。私は、大吟醸　鏡花水月を購入し、飲みましたが、めちゃくちゃ飲み安くてかったです。アルコール度が17%ある日本酒とは、感じなれないフレーバーで白ワインのように感じました。蔵元限定で300mlが1100円で購入出来ます。また、2021年12月に甘酒で2回目の鑑評会で最高賞を受賞していますので、お酒が飲め方は、こちらをお勧めします。 I didn't know the entrance to the office / sales office, so I searched for it. 桜	桜井舞人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野県の酒蔵の中では比較的規模の大きく場所はわかりやすいですが、お酒を売っている場所がわかりにくく工場をグルグルとあるきまわってしまいました。売り場は事務所併設でこじんまりとした感じ。対応も事務の方っぽかったですが説明は丁寧で接客に問題はありませんでした。お酒も美味しくて良かったです。また甘酒も作っておりこちらもシンプルながら良いお味でした。 It's a relatively large brewery in Nagano prefecture, and the location is easy to understand, but it's hard to tell where the liquor is sold, and I've been wandering around the factory.
