In the middle of Shiojiri's countryside, there are only a few varieties of rice that is reminiscent of the sake brewed from the high-rice paddy fields that stand as a brewery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野へ行かれた知人からのお土産で300ml小瓶x2本を頂き、初めて口にしました。海無い県で高波のネーミングから興味そそります(箱に由来記入あり)。
地元消費型地酒の様で都内では見たこと無かったはずです。辛口のピリリとした呑み口は、鮪トロや和牛に合いそう！
I got a 300ml small bottle x 2 as a souvenir from an acquaintance who went to Nagano and said it for the first time. I am intrigued by the naming of high waves in the prefecture without sea (entry on the box).
It seems to be a locally consumed local sake, and you must have never seen it in Tokyo. The dry, spicy mouthwater seems to suit tuna and Japanese beef!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸永酒造場 塩尻市にある酒蔵。塩尻には酒蔵が３件あるようです。聞いたことの無い名前。高波 ワンカップを購入しました。岩波と言う酒は知っていたが、高波は知らなかった。マイナーなのかな？やや辛口のスッキリしたお酒。やや薄い感じ。普通の酒。インパクトに欠ける。不味くは無い。１７年１２月を入手。
あくまでも酔っ払いが呑みながら評価しています。自分の舌で改めて確かめてください。
Marunaga Sake Brewery Sake brewery in Shiojiri City. There are 3 sake breweries in Shiojiri. A name I've never heard of. I bought Takanami One Cup. I knew Iwanami, but I didn't know Takanami. Is it a minor? A slightly dry and refreshing sake. Feeling a little thin. Ordinary liquor. Lack of impact. Not bad. Obtained December 2017.
