★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族連れでやってきました。久しぶりのプレミアムしゃぶしゃぶでテンションMAX。しゃぶしゃぶのおだしは2つ選べます。ソフトクリームも食べれて色んな種類食べれます。欲張るとなかなか全てには手は出せません。好きな物を好きなだけ食べれて満足です。お座敷もある様子で、小さなお子様連れてきやすいです。
 I came with my family. Tension MAX with premium shabu-shabu after a long absence. You can choose two shabu-shabu soup stocks. You can also eat soft serve ice cream and eat various kinds. If you are greedy, you can't do everything. I am happy to eat as much as I like. There is also a tatami room, so it is easy to bring small children.

食べ放題は、しゃぶしゃぶかすき焼きのコースどちらかを選んでスタート。だしも色々選べます。タッチパネルで注文すると店員さんがワゴンで運んでくれます。
小皿をたくさん置いてくれるし、食べ終わったお皿を下げてくれるのも早くて快適でした。サイドメニューも色々ありますが、何回かオーダーミスがありました。

ただ、スタッフが足りていないせいか、提供されるまでがすごくながかったです笑
何度か呼んでしまいました…
ちなみにアイスとかも遅かったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格のわりに味も良ければ提供時間も早く、素晴らしいと思った。
扉にて区切れる個室タイプの席もあり、このご時世家族連れにも喜ばれるタイプのお店だと思います。
ドリンクバーにお酒もあるのはビックリしましたが、楽しそうな印象も。
次回利用する際はバーも利用してみたいと思います。

コースを注文したが、着いたら鍋しかない状況。しかもすぐに火をつけてくださり、煮えてもタレも出てない状態。
鍋を食べ終える頃にようやく先付けが出てくる。
なんだかなぁ。

I ordered a course, but when I arrived, there was only a hot pot. Moreover, it was lit immediately, and even if it was boiled, there was no sauce.

驚くほど注文したものが提供されない。30分は待たされるので、提供された頃にはタイミングを逃しており残念な気持ち。
味は悪くないし子連れでも利用できるのは助かるので、オペレーションをどうにかして欲しいと感じました。
特定のアルバイトの方の態度が悪過ぎて驚きました。
人を不快にさせる態度と上述した待ち時間の件が重なり、怒っている方が散見されました。お客さんは多くありませんでしたが。

現在ホームページにはありませんが平日＆土曜日の日替わりランチがあります、曜日によって決まったメニューだそうです
お値打ちなので次回は是非¥598(税抜)

火にかける前の鍋が席に(^^;)
着火して5分程…待たなければなりません
…ん…
暖かく自分で火加減を調整できますが…
すぐ食べたい人にはどうなのでしょう？（苦笑）
最初は脂身が多く感じましたが食べる頃には丁度良い柔らかさで脂が多いとは感じませんでした

家族は鈴◯れんの方が良いと言っていました
吉◯家、す◯家と値段も違いますのでそれなり
オープンすぐで席は空いていてテーブル席ひとつおきの案内でしたが昼時になってしまい、そう言う訳にはいかないようです
この時期テーブル席の間にアクリル板が欲しい感じ(^^;)
ほとんど家族、夫婦、1人サラリーマンでほぼ話さず…食べたたらすぐ帰る感じ
しかし女性組はダメですね(^^;)
ペチャクチャペチャクチャ声も大きく回りに迷惑この時期、職場の愚痴は外でしましょう（苦笑）
