★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全員の店員さんがそうとは言いませんが、知識のなさ、書面1つまともに処理ができない対応の悪さに失望しました。何度もこの店に振り回されて時間を無駄にしました。あまりの知識のなさに一体どういう方が店頭に立たれてるのか疑問です。
二度と行きません。
 Not all the clerk say so, but I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge and the poor response that I couldn't handle even one document. I wasted my time being swayed by this shop many times. I wonder who is standing in the store because of the lack of knowledge.
I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファンベルトを交換しに行きましたが ウォーターポンプから異音がしてるとのこと。以前にこのディーラーで対策品で無償交換してましたが 近場の工場で交換しにいき結局ガタもなにも異常なしでした。そうそうに壊れるところではないし なにを根拠に交換を進めてきたのかわからない。
こちらは 整備士ではないが 多少なりとも知識と自主整備はできるので 全くの素人の方はいいなりですね。
はっきりいうと 誤診で 不安を煽る言い方はやめてほしいです。
ですので 意味のない整備はする必要ないので 修理や交換の時は よくきいて 他に当たって判断されたほうが懸命です。
ディーラーだから 信用できるのは 全く嘘でありました。以上

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりをお願いしました。「ひどい」の一言です。「こんな対応をされるために日々頑張って仕事をし、車を買おうと思っていたのか」と思わせてくれる態度でした。購買意欲も失せました。全員の店員さんがそのような対応なわけではないと思います。ただ少なくとも私は二度とこちらのお店には参りませんし、絶対にこちらのお店では車を買いません。もちろん買いたい方は好きにされたら良いと思います。あくまで、私はこちらのお店にお金を落としたくないという一意見です。とても良い社会勉強になりました。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な気分です。試乗をしてきたのですが、完璧に放置プレイ。スタッフが同乗することなく好きに走ってきてくださいと。こちらは色々聞きたいことがあったのに。その後帰った後もスタッフは来ないし、え？！自由解散？！という感じ。まじ売る気あんの？って本気で思いました。
そのあと見積もりは欲しいと思って自分からスタッフに声かけたら、めっちゃだるそうに「時間かかりますけどぉー…」との事。完全に買う気失せました笑。 殿様商売感強すぎてドン引きです。人手がいないとかあるのかもしれませんが、こちらの店舗ほんと体制とか考え直した方がいいと思います。ただただショックでした。このコメントは是非お店の方にも見てもらいたいです。

また、店内も綺麗で待ち時間に飲み物とお菓子をいただけますし、雑誌やキッズコーナーもあるので、子供がいても気持ち良く待てます。
新車を購入する際は是非検討させてもらいたくなる雰囲気です。
ただメンテナンスに関してはディーラーだけに作業工賃が少し高いので、オイル交換等の軽作業は安いところにだして、点検や気になるところをお願いする方がお財布には優しいと思います。
