★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホルモンとキムチの一人前の量が半端ないことに、キムチは早々と品切れに。ホルモンの脂ののりはいつもどおりで美味しくいただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパーで予約して行ったんですが、割引されてなかったので店長に聞いたら、喧嘩腰で対応され嫌な気持ちになりました。

ただ辛さ2番を頼んだんですが、めちゃめちゃ辛かったです!!
もともと辛いのが苦手だからなのか、煮詰め過ぎちゃったからなのか、、、
食べるの大変でした??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつ、野菜のボリュームがあり、くせになりそうな甘辛ぴりっと、スープ、もつに本当にあいます。ご飯がすすみそうで、冬には体の中から暖かくなりそう。チェーン店ですので同じ味が色々な場所で楽しめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤から大好きですが、今まで食べた赤からの中で一番不味かったです。
時短営業中だからでしょうか、、鍋の野菜は傷んで古い感じで全然美味しくなく、汁も薄く思いました。
三種盛りのセセリ焼きが別店舗では5つ程度なのですがこちらは３つのみ、、、
正直家で鍋つゆを使って食べる赤からの方が美味しいです。
すごく残念でした。

何一つ美味しくなかったです… 赤から鍋 ほんっっっっっっっとに野菜ばかり?野菜9肉1…。 焼肉 はらみ あんなハラミ食べたことないです? 油のあの字もなく グニグニしてて… 焼肉店の1番安いコースより残念でした ほんとにほんとに… ちなみに赤からじたいははじめてではないです。 5年ぶりくらいかなぁ。 他のローストビーフやじゃがバター、手羽先 カルビクッパなども本当に酷かったです。 カルビクッパ 私はもともと味が薄いほうが好きで 旦那は 濃いもの大好きなんですが その旦那でさえ 塩っ辛いと言ってました。 ポテトフライも すっごくしょっぱかった… 接客態度とかは不満はありません ほんとに 味です。 ほんとーーに?

I was sick of the oil without that letter ... It was disappointing than the cheapest course at the yakiniku restaurant. I think it's been about 5 years. Other roast beef, potato butter and chicken wings Calvi Kuppa were also really terrible. Kalbi Kuppa I originally liked the lighter taste and my husband loved the darker ones, but even that husband said it was salty. The potato fries were also very salty ... I'm not dissatisfied with the customer service attitude. It's really a taste. Really ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛すぎるのが得意ではないのでいつも赤からでは3辛を頼みますが、いざテーブルに運ばれてきたら真っ赤っか。
以前4辛を食べてキツかったことがあったのですがそれをさらに上回る辛さで本当に3辛なのかも疑ってしまいました。厨房に近い席に座っていたのですが、料理出しのカウンターに鍋が放置されていてしばらくしたら私達のテーブルに運ばれてきました。煮込まれすぎたのか汁もほぼ野菜に吸い込まれて辛さが増したような気もします。
最初に注文をする時も「少々お待ちください」と言われ、その店員の女の子は料理出しのカウンターで何故か突っ立ったままでぼーっとしてました。その後店長さんらしき人が来てくださいましたが…。
コースに本日の一品料理というものがあったので今日はなんですか？と聞いたら「お通しの枝豆です」と、言われ困惑しました（笑）
結局分からなかったみたいで別の店員さんに聞いていましたが、仕事に入る前にそういうものは確認しないのでしょうか。
前にここの店舗に来た際は他の店舗よりも良い印象があったので今回久しぶりに行きましたが、バイトの子が多いためか入れ替わりも激しいと思うので仕方ないですね。

When I came to this store before, I had a better impression than other stores, so I went there for the first time in a while, but I think it's unavoidable because there are many part-time workers and the changes are intense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・【まだ食べ放題の時間なのに、アルバイト女店員に網を下げられてしまう‼️】まだ20分以上残り時間があったのに、たまたまその時テーブルの上の食材を全て食べ終わっている状態で会話してたら、店員の勝手な思い込みで網を下げられる始末。まだ時間残ってるし、食べると伝えると「新しい網お持ちします…」と言い残し、結局持ってこなかった。初めて赤からに言った思い出が、こんな対応をされた店だと忘れられないですよね〜?夫はもう、呆れていました。
・トイレがひとつしかない。綺麗じゃない。寒い。
・緊急事態宣言解除されたからって、大学生が盛り上がりすぎててうるさい。会話もできない。聞こえない。
・最悪だったのはテーブルの上についている換気扇！換気口？網からズレているため、私の座った席は猛烈に熱風が吹いてきてとても暑かった。真冬なのに暑くてたまらなかった。
・一品料理が基本的に多すぎるため、おなかいっぱいになってしまう。色々少しずつ食べたいのに、もう少し考えて欲しい。家族ならお得かもしれないが、2人だと多すぎる。食べ放題なのだからちょこっとでいい。足りなかったらまた頼むのだから。
