古い曲がり屋を使ったおそばやさんです。予約すればそば打ち体験もできます。 もりそばの特大サイズとなる松を頼みました。太くてこしのあるめんにしょっぱめのたれが絡んでおいしかったです。お通しで出てきた枝豆もおいしかった。蕎麦湯もたっぷりいただきました。建物も珍しく、広間の天井一面に広がる大きなみずき飾り(小正月のだんごの木)も必見です。

十割の会津の蕎麦に慣れている私的には、太いニ八の蕎麦は喉越しがいまいちなのですが、地元で「かいもち」と呼ぶ蕎麦がきはフワフワで絶妙な美味しさ。一度食べて見る価値はあります。

なでらおろし(梅)とかも鍋そば(梅)とかいもち半分頂きますた。 冷たい納豆おろしそばは、田舎蕎麦らしくちょっと固めだが納豆のおかげで喉越しも良く、大根おろしでさっぱりと食えますた。 かも鍋そばは、鴨のコクとしょっぱめの汁が合いますだね。鍋が熱々なので蕎麦を汁に浸し過ぎると柔ぐなっちゃいますだ。そこら辺は好きな塩梅で。 かいもちがんまかった♪胡麻ダレと納豆ダレだが胡麻ダレがんまいってか、甘いのなら何でも合いそうですだよ? 店頭に茎立ちなど売ってたが直ぐ完売しちゃってますた。

蕎麦打ち体験しました! 前日に電話予約して、10:30からスタート。 お店オリジナルの法被を着たイイ感じのオヤジさんの指導で、約1時間で自分達で練って切った蕎麦を茹でていただき食べる体験ができました。

I loved Kaimochi which they said exclusively served only by them. It was fluffy soba flavored rice cake. ( I loved it with sesame sauce) You can try Soba making as well.
