中華もやさしい味が染みる。
たまに連れ合いのラーメンが揃うのを待って食べ始める方がいますが、こちらのラーメンは細麺故にのびやすいので、着丼したら即食べ始めましょう。ベストな状態で堪能して頂きたい。
なおこちらのお店は、夏季の冷たいラーメンはやっていません。
冷やし中華のみです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼に訪問。 国道脇の立地が良い場所なので、車でも入りやすいです。
チャーシュー麺（￥９８０）をいただきました。
細ちぢれ麵でチャーシューも柔らかく小さめのサイズが8枚ほど乗っていて食べやすかった。
スープは和風味でしたが、自分は後味の酸味が気になり、評価は下がりました。
蕎麦も人気があるようなので、次回はそばをいただきたいと思います。
Visited at noon on weekdays. The location on the side of the national highway is good, so it is easy to enter by car.
I had char siu noodles (¥ 980).
It was easy to eat with about 8 small size noodles with thin noodles and soft char siu.
The soup had a Japanese flavor, but I was worried about the acidity of the aftertaste, and the evaluation dropped.
Soba seems to be popular, so I would like to have soba next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学生のころからずっとお世話になっているお蕎麦屋さん、というか食堂のあいづやさん。何を食べてもそこそこ美味しいですが、私はここの五目ラーメンが大好き。野菜の炒めた香りが食欲をそそるのです。
A soba restaurant who has been indebted to me since I was in elementary school, or Aizuya from the cafeteria. No matter what you eat, it's delicious, but I love Gomoku Ramen here. The scent of stir-fried vegetables is appetizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜のお昼に訪店しました。運良く駐車スペースも空いていたしお客さんも少なめだったのですぐに座れオーダーもすんなりでき、およそ10分で着丼でした。とにかく料理が綺麗です。色合いが素晴らしい 目で既に美味しいです。お味もあっさりで我々シニア世代に丁度良いです。蕎麦 うどん ラーメンとメニューも豊富です。老舗のクオリティの高さに驚きました。
I visited the store on Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, the parking space was vacant and the number of customers was small, so I could sit down and order smoothly, and it took about 10 minutes to finish the bowl. Anyway, the food is beautiful. The color is wonderful and it is already delicious. The taste is light and just right for us seniors. Soba udon ramen and menu are also abundant. I was surprised at the high quality of the long-established store.

時間も中途半端だったので、
他のラーメン店は閉店している時間帯でしたがコチラは通し営業なのか運良く開いておりました。
訪問時は15時位の時間にもかかわらず4組が食事中。
お蕎麦を食べている方もいらっしゃいましたが、
私は米沢ラーメンを大盛で注文。
注文から着丼も約7分位と早いです。
まずはスープから。
動物系が強めのスープですがあっさりしてます。
塩味もちょうどいい塩梅です。
個人的な感想ですが、、牛骨の風味も感じました。
※あくまでも個人的な感想です。
大盛にしましたが麺量も2玉分位あるのでしょうか？
かなりお腹いっぱいになりました。
中休みが無いお店は貴重なのでまた伺うと思います。

I ordered Yonezawa ramen in large quantities.
It takes about 7 minutes from ordering to donburi.
First of all, from the soup.
The soup has a strong animal system, but it is light.
It is a salt plum with just the right saltiness.
Personally, I also felt the flavor of beef bones.

I made a large serving, but is there about 2 noodles?
I'm pretty full.
Shops without holidays are valuable, so I'll come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米沢ラーメンにハマり色々行って、米沢の辛い味噌ラーメン(細麺)だったら、今の所ここが１番(この店の上杉激辛ラーメン)。激辛が好きなので、頼んで大辛にして頂きます。具は白菜、もやし、玉ねぎ、タケノコ、きくらげ、豚肉、スープはあっさり味噌スープ、細麺に合う味噌スープはこんな感じなんだろうと思います。

本日も上杉激辛ラーメンの大辛注文。激辛ラーメンの大辛って??どういう事？
さっぱり味噌ラーメンで辛くて旨い！違うのも食べたいけどいつも激辛ラーメンの大辛と注文しちゃう。
I've been addicted to Yonezawa ramen, and if it's Yonezawa's spicy miso ramen (thin noodles), this is the best so far (Uesugi super spicy ramen at this shop). I like spicy food, so I'd like to ask you to make it spicy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割子蕎麦1500円を食べました。 いつも国道13号線を通るときに見ていた蕎麦屋さんですが、はじめて入店しました。 蕎麦だけでなくラーメンも人気のお店らしくて半分くらいのお客さんはラーメンを食べていました。 割子蕎麦は納豆、大根おろしとなめこ、わらびと山菜、天ぷら、マグロ中落ちととろろ、等大変種類が多く美味しかったです。 蕎麦も私の好みで楽しめました。
I ate 1500 yen for Wariko soba. It was the soba restaurant that I always saw when passing National Highway 13, but I entered the store for the first time. Not only soba but also ramen seems to be a popular shop, and about half of the customers ate ramen. Wariko soba was delicious with many kinds such as natto, grated radish and nameko, bracken and edible wild plants, tempura, tuna drop and tororo. I also enjoyed soba to my liking.
