出汁が美味しい! 家内は、かけ中とネギのかき揚げ、私は、かけ大とキャベツのかき揚げを注文。 麺自体は、角のない細麺で、のど越しはいいのですが、コシの強さを求める方には不向き。 だけど、出汁は、鰹だしとイリコだしが絶妙な加減でブレンドされた美味しい出汁で、天ぷら類との相性がGOOD!(o^-')b ! キャベツのかき揚げと、ネギのかき揚げというのも、おもしろい! それと、店員さんの愛想もいい! 開店早々、多数のお客さんで賑わうのも納得です!

肉おろしぶっ掛けうどんをいただきました。お肉は少し味が濃いめですが、美味しかったです。おでんの 豆腐と、こんにゃくが 大きくて いいですね。その他の 一品料理も 好きなものが選べるのがいいですね。

キャンプにいった翌日お邪魔しました。 10時半到着で客は、まばらでしたが、そのあと続々とやってきます。 地元の方がほとんどで地元に愛されていることが分かります。 セルフ方式で注文後、てんぷらをとってお会計ですが、てんぷらのほかにオムライス、サラダはたまた、うどんに関しては中華スープのうどん、冷やしラーメンまであります。 今回は、シンプルにかけの小をいただきましたが、出汁はカツオ出汁で見た目は薄そうですが、しっかりコクがあり塩加減もいい感じで飲み干せます。 うどんは、細麺で表面はつるつる、一見柔らかそうですが、程よい腰がありおいしかったです。 ただ、てんぷらは固く味もいまいちで残念に感じました。

2021.11.27、半年ぶりにうどんを食べに。 味やうどんのコシ、食感は変わっていなかったものの、坂出営業所在職中に何かと気使って頂いた先代の老夫婦、お袋さんまでが先に亡くなった親父さんの後を追うかの様に一年程前に亡くなっていたようです。今日その話を息子さんより聞くなり涙が自然と溢れました。仲の良い笑顔の似合うご夫婦だったから、向うに行っても二人揃って幸せに暮らして居るんでしょうね。どうか二人が遺してあげたお店の繁盛、しっかりと見守ってあげて下さいね。 2020.11.29、10年程前から約5年間坂出の営業所にて在職中、職場と社宅の近くという条件の相まってよく利用させて頂きました。当時は親父さんとお袋さんそして他従業員の方4,5名でお店を切り盛りしていて、お昼頃には店舗前のやや広い駐車場も車が一杯。店の中には当然お客さんの長い列。そんな事もあって少し時間を後に遅くずらして、親父さん達が賄いのお昼をとっている時間にも良くお世話になったものです。そんな時も何一つ嫌な顔をせずに、暖かいうどんを出して貰った事を昨日の様に思い出します。どうかすると午後2時頃にはうどんの玉が切れて、食べる事が出来なかった時もよくありました。働いている方は少し早めに賄いを、自分たちはお昼ご飯すら食べられずに調理場のおわり終い。その調理場から「ごめんね。」の二人の声。丁度1年程前、今のコロナ過が始まる前にも訪れたのですが、あれ程元気だった親父さんが病気で逝ってしまった事を息子さんから聞いた時には大変なショックを受けたものでしたが、今日はそれ以上にお袋さんの姿を見る事が出来なかったのでそればかりは心配でなりません。声を掛けて聞いてみようと思いましたが、何分お客さんが多くて聞く事すらできませんでした。うどんはやや細く只々コシが…。の麺では無く、本当にもちもちでのど越しもツルツル。出汁も先代の親父さんお袋さんがやっていた時のまま。あゝ、懐かしいな、との思いで美味しく頂きました。店舗は若い人たちで今は切り盛りして居られましたが”燈々代々”。親父さんお袋さん達が築き、それを受け継いだ以上良いものはいつまでも残して繋いでいって貰いたいものです。そればかリはお願いしたいものです。又来ます。

店員さんは愛想良かったですが 少し段取り的に流れ作業が出来てなくて 回転率は良くなかった 細麺でコシもあり かけヒヤがこの日はなかったが ヒヤで食べたい麺コシでした。

肉ぶっかけをいただきました。 肉うどん系はどうしても味が濃くなりがちですが、ここはおろしがトッピングで入っているのでさっぱり食べられます。 麺もモチモチで肉の旨みに絡んでとても美味しいです。

冷かけ小でもボリュームあり。220円。麺は細麺でも、ツルツルヌチで歯ごたえ有。良いんじゃ無いでしょうか!出汁はイリコが分かるが、ほぼ気付かない。ちょい甘めで麺に良く絡む。ここは良いですよ。
