一宮の人気ラーメン店、麺屋三郎さんにラー活。 駐車場も沢山あるので車で行くのに便利ですね♪ 6月の月替わり限定麺が気になったので、 濃厚にぼしつけ麺をオーダー。 麺大盛り、ご飯、もやしが無料なのは嬉しいサービス♪ チャーシュー1枚のみのシンプルな構成に、スープと麺の完成度の表れかと期待! ですが・・・二ボ二ボ感はありますが、酸味が邪魔してきます(汗) 食べ進めるうちにエグ味を僅かに感じられ、ちょっと好みとは違う仕上がりでした。 ⁡ う〜ん・・・スタンダードに肉そばが正解だったかな〜 また今度他のメニューでリベンジします!

大垣一宮線から通り1本入った所にあります。 味や接客などなかなか感じの良いお店。 駐車場は、お店の前に3台と斜め前に8台とめれる駐車場があります。 券売機で購入する方式です。 ラーメンやつけ麺は、濃いめの味付け。 太めのストレート麺の三郎ラーメンや肉そばなど、大盛にするとお腹いっぱいになります。もやしとライス(一杯のみ)等のサービスがあります。

2021.8月訪問。 駐車場はお店の前と、お店を背にして右前のところにありました。 店内は広く、18:30オープンすぐに入るとすでに2組の方がいました。お店を出る頃にはほぼ埋まっていました。 初めて行ったのですが、ここは注文後番号札を渡させて呼ばれたら取りに行くシステムでした。味付きもやし、ごはん1杯、魚粉、ニンニクがセルフサービスなのも良いなと思います。 ラーメンは魚介系豚骨で、自分好みに味変していけるのが魅力でした(^^)あと月毎の限定ラーメンも食べてみたい。とりあえずガツンとニンニクを入れれる日にまた行きたいと思います!

☆ 愛知県一宮市の「麺屋 三郎」さんへ。初訪問。 「醤油らぅめん」820円を。 無化調淡麗系のラーメンだとか。 麺大盛無料との事で大盛りを! 番号札を持って自席で待ちます。 待っている間にセルフコーナーへ。 ご飯、もやしがあります。 ご飯は一杯まで。と言っても茶碗が丼並w モヤシは茹でたものに醤油系に味付けされたもの。 どちらも程々に取ったつもりが結構な量。 そしてラーメンが出来ました! そしてビックリ。 メチャメチャ麺量多いw これ二玉ですね、、、 食べれるかな、、、 黙々と麺を啜り、ご飯を口に放り込みます!モヤシはいい味付けでご飯のお供になります。 魚介の効いた醤油スープに中細のストレート麺。旨いです!が、多いです! 途中刻みニンニクに魚粉を入れて味変。 なんとか食べ切りました。 ここ最近ないくらいの腹パン具合。 他色んなラーメンがあったので、今度は大盛りにせずに頂きに来ます。 ご馳走様でした!

この麺屋三郎には今まで2回行きました。 初回は塩ラーメン、2回目は肉そばを注文しました。 塩ラーメンはかなりハイレベルな美味しさでした。肉そばはまぁまぁかな? この店スープは絶品なんだけど、如何せん自家製麺が微妙。それでも以前よりは良くなってますが。サービスの辛もやしは正直イマイチな味付け。 価格抑える為コスト削減の為セミセルフサービス方式もまぁ妥協なとこなのかな?店主の機械的なアナウンスが中々おもろいです。 追記 令和3年6月25日前回から約2年振りに訪問。 しかも今回は初回訪問時に食べた塩ラーメンを5年振りに注文(笑) 浅蜊が載らなくなったけど、それでもデフォルトでレアチャーシュー、太めのメンマ、葱、玉ねぎ、煮豚の欠片と具材が充実!追加で味玉を付けました。 塩スープは、鶏と魚介のハーモニーが繊細且つ躍動感のある感じでコク深い味わいで5年前がよみがえりました(笑)美味すぎです!モチモチの細めの麺も個人的には好み。只もっと滑らかな口当たりの麺に改良してもらえると☆5レベルになりそうな位惜しい。でも1杯で大満足出来ます。メンマもコリコリで美味しいし、味玉も絶妙な半熟具合。レアチャーシューも柔らかく肉の旨味が味わえて侮れない。 同行者の注文した肉そば太麺仕様も煮豚&レアチャーシューの迫力でコスパ良さげ! 終日セルフでご飯茶碗1杯無料とピリ辛もやし食べ放題無料のサービスはありがたいと思います。 相変わらず店主の呼出アナウンスは健在でした(笑) 追記 令和3年8月某日通算4回目の訪問。 今回は以前から宿題にしていた二郎系メニューの三郎780円を注文。大盛無料だったけど普通盛りで。 想像以上にドロドロスープでこってり!麺量も普通盛りでも多く感じました。モチモチ太麺がスープに負けない位で美味しいけど、小生は一回きりでエエかみたいな感じでした(笑) やはり麺屋三郎では塩ラーメンを食べるべきかも? 追記 令和4年1月某日昼に訪問。 今回は前回の反省を踏まえて塩ラーメンを煮豚変更して注文。 アッサリしてるけど、物凄く鶏と魚介の旨味が存分に出ていて美味いです。麺もまた改良?されたのかどうかは分かりませんがモチモチツルツルの喉越しで美味しかったです。追加トッピングの味玉も味が染みていて半熟加減も絶妙! 昼だけに結構賑わってました。

2021.12.15更新。 三郎ラーメン、麺大盛りニンニクありで! 二郎系を想像していたが、出し粉を効かせた醤油ラーメン。ベースの出汁に若干のトロ味があり二郎系のような化調さはなく食べやすかった。ただ、大盛り(麺300g)が他店の大盛りのソレとは違い、かなりの量。大食漢の人にはコスパ最強だと思う(笑) 煮豚はかためで肉々しいバラブロックなので好き嫌いは分かれるところ。自分は苦手の部類かな…。 太麺は食べ応えある分、スープと絡みづらいのが難点かな〜。水曜だったので、たまご券使用で煮豚券を回収(笑) 肉そばを大盛りで。 券売機の写真がチャーシューふんだんに乗ってるのにも、なんと820円!安っ! 他のメニューもベースは820円だったので良心的だ。旨ければ言うことなし。 番号札を渡され、お冷から箸まで全てがセルフスタイル。ラーメンが出来上がると店長さんの番号呼び出しコール!コレがまたウケるw(特にお箸置き場の説明)実際に行って確かめてみて! 肝心のラーメンは…麺は家系で使用されるかための太平麺。ちがうのは麺の長さ。家系は短いところ、ここのは普通。なので食べ応えあり。スープも濃い目のしょうゆ系。メニュー表にはあっさり豚骨と書いてあるが、全く違ったw 焦がし玉ねぎの濃い目のしょうゆ系に角煮チャーシュー、大判チャーシュー、レアチャーシュー…と見た目通りでふんだん! チャーシューに関しては、スープが濃いのもあってか、味付けなしのタイプだから、ちょっと肉の臭みは感じた。チャーシューだけ取っても300円は追加で取れる量なのでかなりのコスパ! ここに無料一杯のご飯、無料もやしBARを付けたら腹パンw今回もやしは食べなかったので味の評価はまた今度。 ガッツリ食べたい若い子向けのお店かな。居抜きなのか、店内はかなり年季の入りよう。 テーブルの仕切りなどのコロナ対策はない。 お盆は使い込まれており、サイズも小さく運びにくいなど改善点は多々あるかな。 せっかく旨いラーメンだから、清潔感ある環境で食べたいかな…。 安価で、限定メニューなどいろんな味を試したいお店でリピ間違いなし! 限定、濃厚飛魚つけ麺目当てで再訪。 夏季は夜のみのつけ麺が昼でも食べられるとの事で。 かなり期待していたが…大きく期待を裏切られた。 店内張り紙に、飛魚の出汁をドバっと記載があるように、確かに飛魚感はかなり感じる濃厚つけ汁。だが旨味がない。大袈裟でもなく、片栗粉で溶いた汁に飛魚の出汁を入れただけの感じ…。 麺は、ラーメンの時とは違い、コシがなく茹ですぎの感じ。 具材はレアチャーシュー一枚とこれまた寂しい仕上がり。煮豚券で煮豚をトッピングするも、前回感じた肉の臭みが、飛魚の臭みと相まって…。 店内も何か独特な匂いが。 総評、大食漢で、大味が好きな人が好むラーメン。煮だれチャーシューじゃないと肉の臭みがきえないのがよくわかったかな。 塩ラーメンで再訪。 一世代前の味に感じた……。無添加トリプル出汁ってところはいいんだが、油が濃く、動物系の風味(鶏)が全面に出ている。悪く言えばスープに塩特有のキレがない。限定(中華そば)にしなくて良かった…。ラーメンは一口目のスープで全てがキマるね(笑)

麺屋 三郎。 一宮にある、まだ伺った事がなかった人気のラーメン屋さん。 日曜の13時ごろ伺ったのですが、席は半分ほど埋まっていました。 こちらのお店は、ラーメン屋としては珍しく、ほぼセルフ。 食券を買い、自分で水を入れ、番号が呼ばれたらラーメンを取りに行く。 食べ終わったら返却口へ。 私がいただいたのは ・醤油らぅめん ・塩らぅめん ・肉そば 「醤油らぅめん」は、鶏と鯖のダブルスープ。 「塩らぅめん」は、鶏と鯖と貝柱のトリプルスープ。 「肉そば」は、あっさり豚骨スープ。 どのラーメンも、スープの完成度は高く、チャーシューも美味しい。 ただ、麺が残念。 スープとの相性もあまり良いとは言えず、歯応えも良くない… この麺が好きって人もいるのかもしれませんが、個人的にはとても勿体なく感じてしまいました。 とても明るく元気な大将で、スタッフの接客も良く、好感は持てるお店でした。
