何を食べても美味しいけれど、さっくりもっちりぷちぷちのもずくの天ぷらと、さくとろほの甘の田芋パイは是非食べて頂きたい。食べると元気になれる気がする、毎日食べたい沖縄料理のお店です。
 Immediately from JR Taisho Station.
No matter what you eat, it's delicious, but I definitely want you to try the crispy mozuku tempura and the sweet taimo pie of Sakutoroho. It's an Okinawan restaurant that you want to eat every day, which makes you feel better when you eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沖縄料理、美味しかったです！もずくの天ぷらが食べたことなかったので衣がふわっとして、磯の香りがしました。
程よい沖縄タイムでした(笑)
Okinawan food was delicious! I had never eaten Mozuku's tempura, so the clothes were fluffy and the scent of the shore.
It was a good Okinawa time (laughs)

ラフテー、もずくの天ぷら、ゴーヤチャンプルにソーキそばと定番を注文しましたが、どれもめーっちゃ美味しいです。
こじんまりしたお店ですが、座敷もありゆったりくつろげます。
近くに自転車の駐輪場が新しくあり。大正駅から近いので?電車でもアクセスも良い♪

Speaking of Taisho, Okinawan cuisine.
I ordered raftet, mozuku tempura, and goya chample with Soki soba and a classic, but they are all really delicious.
Although it is a small shop, there is also a room where you can relax.
There is a new bicycle parking area nearby. Close to Taisho station so good access by train ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪の下町の中でも特に異色を放つ大正区。
言うまでもなく「お水の大学」の看板を掲げた雑居ビルが有名…では無く、リトルオキナワで有名です。
故に、当然の事ながら至る所に沖縄料理店がございます。
そんな大正区の中でも比較的行きやすい、駅前近くにあるこちら。
カウンター向こうから恨めしそうにこちらを見つめるハブさんが、ここは大正区やねんでと教えてくれます。
スピーディーに次々と供されるお食事は、強い旨味の一方で、どこかしら優しい味付け。
頭から骨まで齧られるグルクン唐揚げや、これが沖縄だと言わんばかりのもずく天等が、45度の泡盛を水の様に蒸発させます。
そして、時々供される猪の刺し身。
流石に怖いので、半分位は火を通して頂きましたが、それでもとろけるような甘い脂身が伝わってきます。
移動制限が謳われる昨今、小旅行気分で大正区を訪れてみては如何でしょうか。
そうそう、「お水の大学」には「お水の教室」も併設されていまして…って誰も聞いていませんかそうですか。
Taisho Ward is one of the most unique places in downtown Osaka.
Needless to say, the multi-tenant building with the sign of "Omizu University" is famous ... but not the Little Okinawa.
So, of course, there are Okinawan restaurants everywhere.
Here near the station is relatively easy to access even in such Taisho Ward.
A hub staring at this from the other side of the counter tells me that this is Taisho ward.
The food that is served speedily one after another has a strong umami, but somewhere gentle flavor.
Gurukun fried chicken, which is bitten from the head to the bones, and Mozukuten, which is said to be Okinawa, evaporate 45-degree awamori like water.
And sometimes the wild boar sashimi.
I was afraid of it, so half of it was cooked, but still the sweet fat that melts away.
Nowadays, when travel restrictions are declared, how about visiting Taisho Ward with a small trip feeling?
Oh yeah, "Water University" also has a "Water Class" ... Isn't anyone listening?
