お客さんは私しかおらず、静かでしたが、味はとってもおいしかったです?
コロナが始まる前はきっと活気があったんだろうなぁと考えながら食べておりました。
石垣産のお魚が入っていなかったのが残念です。次は八重山そば食べにいきます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八重山そばをいただきました。麺は茹ですぎ、ブチブチ切れていて食べづらい。八重山そばにはかまぼこ必須ですが一つだけ、それも2cm×3mm×5mmの切り屑？と思えるかまぼこでした。肉は2cm×5mm×10mmが3つ。麺は平たい麺で八重山そばの定義から外れます。スープは濁っていて甘く、おでんのだしのようでした。チャンプルーはまあ中の下。
お一人で店を切り盛りされているので仕方ないかな？
I had Yaeyama soba. The noodles are too boiled and cut off, making it difficult to eat. Kamaboko is indispensable for Yaeyama soba, but only one, is it 2 cm x 3 mm x 5 mm chips? It was a kamaboko that I thought. There are 3 pieces of meat, 2 cm x 5 mm x 10 mm. Noodles are flat noodles and are outside the definition of Yaeyama soba. The soup was cloudy and sweet, like oden soup stock. Chanpuru is well under the middle.
I wonder if it can't be helped because the store is run by myself.
