繋ぎの殆どが卵と言う、粉モンの概念を越えてくるお好み焼きを食べて参りました♫ 有名店だったので気になっていたのです。一度目の予約では満席で振られましたが、二度目のトライで行けました。早めの予約がベターですね。 焼きそばは、太めの麺を湯がいて使用する生麺焼きそば!麺の湯切りをする姿はまるでラーメン屋さん♫ とん平焼きも忘れずに食べて欲しい。 全体的にソース薄めで仕上げられているので、ソース味が苦手なんだよな。と言う方にもオススメできるお好み焼き屋さん。 メニュー数が多くてどれを注文するか迷いに迷っていたら、お任せで出してもらえることに★ ◆海鮮焼き ホタテ、エビこんにゃく、ネギ、キャベツ牡蠣まであります!シーフード大好き人間にはたまらない内容。 ホタテはお刺身用なのか、旨味が半端ないです。 ◆豚と油かすの生麺の焼きそば 名物の生麺焼きそばを豚肉と油かすで作ってくれました。コシのあるもちっと麺が、ソースとお肉の脂分が絡まって美味しいしかないですね♫ 油かすはカロリー低いんですね!知らなかった。何なら高カロリーかと思って大好きやけど食べないように心がけてたのに。とても良い情報を聞きました♫これからはハリキッテ食しますよ(笑) ◆てっちゃん こちらも鮮度の良さそうなお肉が目の前の鉄板で踊り出します。噛めば噛むほど、じゅわ〜〜がたまらんです。 ◆砂ずりとこんにゃく えっ?この砂ずり凄く柔らかいんですけど!美味しい〜。臭みも全く無いしお好み焼き屋さんでこのレベルのんが出てくるなんて驚きを隠せません。人気店なのもわかります。 聞くと、新鮮な朝引き鶏を仕入れているそうで。焼鳥屋さんもできますやん(笑) ◆アスパラチーズ 目の前で四角いチーズが置かれたまま暫く放置プレイされます。すると、アスパラと鶏肉が投入されるのですが、この鶏肉がミディアム状態でも食せるほどの鮮度。とろ〜りチーズのお焦げもお酒が進む要因です。 ◆とん平焼き これももう一回食べたいなぁ。 大きめの豚肉スライスに卵を割って崩してマヨネーズに青のり。シンプルながら美味しく他には無いとん平焼きです。 ◆キムチ 最初に少しずつ盛っていてもらいました。白菜、キュウリ、チャンジャ、セロリ。箸休めにもなって丁度良かった♫ お腹の具合を確認しながら量も調整してもらえたお陰で、色んな種類が食べられて幸せでした〜♫ お好み焼き屋さんと言うか、鉄板焼屋さんと言いますか。鶏肉や海鮮まで美味しく頂けることには驚きました。

長々と詳細書きましたが、ひと言。 「美味い店」です笑 大阪メトロ九条駅よりスグ、路地向かいが人気のある歯医者さんに負けず人気のあるお店。 お友達に教えて貰い行ってみると、インスタ映えしません、お洒落でもありません笑 が、こーゆーお店美味しいに違いないのであります! 5時に予約をしていたので、少し前にお店の前で待ってるといい香りが。 ん、もう焼いてる? 入店すると鉄板の上にお好み焼きが大量に既に焼かれています。 聞くとお持ち帰り用の分だとか。 うわー、開店前から注文とは、人気あるんやなぁー! 現在まん防期間なのでお持ち帰りも増えているそうです。 カウンター席に通して頂き、お好み焼きにはビールだよねー!と期待に満面の笑みでビールを注文し、まずは酒のつまみに焼き物から。 お連れ様と私のお腹の具合を図り、お好み焼きと名物の生麺の焼きそばは食べたい事を伝え、後は店主にお任せしました笑 得意な丸投げドーン 笑 私1人だときっとお好み焼きと焼きそばで腹12分位になっちゃう予感… ・海鮮塩野菜炒め ☆てっちゃんと牛油かすのキムチ炒め ☆鶏ムネセセリズリの炒め物 山椒かけ ・豚と牛油カスのお好み焼き ☆生麺の焼きそば ・鶏ムネ肉とゲソアスパラのチーズフォンデュ 全部間違い、その中で特に好きだと感じた物に☆マーク付けてます。 目の前の鉄板でチャチャっと調理して提供して頂きましたが、 ひと口目から唸ってしまいました。 よくある炒め物だけど、これはー!美味しい! 特に鶏肉! 朝引きの鶏肉らしいのですが、希少部位で早い者勝ち。 チャチャっと炒めただけなのに、郡を抜いた美味しさに衝撃! 魔法の鉄板ですか?! ビールも進みます。 酒のつまみでかなり虜です。 九条ネギの品種だと言うネギが、ザックリ大きくカットされて沢山入っているので、ネギの存在凄い。 ネギが大好きなので嬉しい〜!ポイント高い〜! キムチで炒めたてっちゃんと油カスの融合、これも今迄イチ美味しい〜! 油カスの存在がこんなに大きいお店も初めてでした。 厚みがある豚肉も大きかったな〜 こちらのお店のお好み焼きですが… 生地と野菜をしっかり混ぜ合わせたよく見る物ではなく ザクザクにカットされたキャベツに生地が少しのほぼキャベツでビックリ。 中央で上手くまとめて焼いて、目の前にどーん。 見た目はアレだけど食べてみると、ちゃんとお好み焼きだわ〜! ボリュームも凄いけど、キャベツがたっぷりなので野菜をしっかり頂けます。 名物の生麺の焼きそばは太麺。 つるつるモチモチの食べ応えにはまる。 永遠にツルツルしていたくなるやつです。 麺に少し辛味があるそうでしたが私は分からず…あ?わかった気がするーっ 笑 この絶妙な味、体験して欲しいな〜。 最後のチーズフォンデュもどきは生食出来る鶏肉をほぼ生で、サッと湯掻いたアスパラゲソとを鉄板で溶かしたチーズに絡めて頂くのですが、これまた最高。 こだわりの食材、調味料を大胆に調理されているけど、これが一体となってる感じ。 こうして私達に接客しながらもお持ち帰りだったり、テーブル席のお客様だったりにも対応される店主の神がかった手際の良さに脱帽。 お人柄も人懐っこくトークもテンポ良く面白い。 本気で近所に欲しい、無いからまた食べに行くー!思ったお店です。 これ書いてる今も食べたくなってます笑 めっちゃオススメです。 誰か一緒に行きませんか〜! と言いたくなる。 予約して行きました。 いつも満席らしいので、予約必須です。 2022/02/20まで時短営業中で21:00迄、アルコール提供あります。

大阪に行ったら、チングで夕飯が定番です。 ここのマスターが凄く優しくて明るくてお話し上手で、尚且つ全てのメニューが美味しい! 定番の豚キムチも今まで食べた中で1番美味しい! 生麺焼きそば見た目薄味かと思いきやしっかり味付けしてあり麺自体がおいしいので大満足^_^ 私が大好きなてっちゃんもここが1番!と言えるほど美味しい!お酒すすんじゃいます^_^ お次はあぶらかすと豚のお好み焼き! からの海鮮焼き! 最後は行く度にシメで頼むガーリックライス!!ここのガーリックライスは私が食べた中でもかなり上位です^_^ ガーリックライスでこんな違いがでるものなのか不思議ですが笑、、何かが違うのかな(^^)笑 コースもあるらしいのですが、私はメニューをみて食べたいものをポンポン頼むスタイルがすきなので毎回そうしていますが、コースもマスターが色々考えてくださるらしいので次はコースで行こうかなと思います! チング! ぜひ大阪に行く機会があればおすすめしたいお店の一つです(^ ^)!

The food is fine but the opperator / cook has an arrogant unwelcoming manner bordering on rude which tends to spoil the flavor. He seems like he doesn't care whether you were there or not. He seems to have quite a chip on his shoulder ! I've also heard the same from Japanese customers that I know. The other staff are normal and polite.

The food here is awesome and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Value for money. This was a great place for first time okonomiyaki eaters! Highly recommended!!
