フレンチの技法も取り入れているから、ワインとよく合うおしゃれな料理となっています。
串揚げ=ウスターソースではなく出汁醤油や雪塩等の変わったソースもあり、素材に合うソースを勧めてもらえます。
マヨネーズも豆乳と白味噌仕立ての手作りであっさりと食べる事が出来ます。
店内に流れるジャズともよく合います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色んな創作串揚げ屋さんに行きましたが一番素材の組み合わせが斬新で、とっても美味しいお店です。大正駅からすぐの場所にあり、大通りに面していなくて隠れ家的な感じでした。

教えてもらった創作串カツ屋さんに
来ています。
この店は、大正の駅からすぐです
パチンコ屋さんの近所。
奥に入って行くんですわ。ちょっと
分かりにくいんだよね。
Googleで調べて下さい。
今度、もう少し詳しく調べておきまーすね。
面白いのは、他の串カツ屋さんと
違う点がありましてね。
ストップを言わないと、延々と串カツが出てきますよ。
創作ですから、面白いんですけどね。
色々なバリエーションを考えてくれてますのでね。
今回は、予定がぎっしりと入ってましたので10本で押さえました。
とても楽しかったですよ。
客は、私だけでしたけどね。
この店は、隠れ家と申しますかな。
誰にも教えたくない彼女や彼氏と、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正駅からすぐのところにあり、周りには結構色々な飲食店があるちょっとした飲み屋エリアでした。店はカウンターだけで、コロナ対策でアクリル板も用意してありました。今回はおしゃべり好きの女性2名を連れて3名でお邪魔しました。お任せで、お腹がよくなったら、終われるのですが、あまり大食漢でない女性も丁度いいタイミングで出される串揚げを次々食べていました。多分、全く油っこくない上、ちょっと変わり種なものもあり、よかったのではないかと思います。私は、なかでもタクワンを挟み込んで揚げた串が印象的でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に連れて来てもらいましたが全てにこだわりが感じられるお店。
串揚は自分では思いつかないような組み合わせで衣も軽く食べやすかったです。
後からInstagramで知ったんですが串揚げのパン粉やサイドメニューのサンドイッチのパンも手作りで作っているそうです。
しかもデザートのアイスまで手作りらしい!!!!
今後は友人を連れて行くお店としてランクインです!
デートで連れて来てもらったら絶対嬉しいお店です。
