This Yamamon was built about 400 years ago with the donation of Mr. Senrikyu. The wooden frame on the gate was associated with Hideyoshi and was cut off. In the habit of tea people! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大徳寺の三門の下層は大永6年(1526)に連歌師宗長の助力により造営されそうですが、未完であったため天正17年(1589)千利休が上層造営して完成させたそうです。
