青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年12月24日(金)にろばた家むさし大宮店を訪れました。入口でアルコール消毒をしてから入店しました。お店の造りは1階にカウンター席やテーブル席などがあり、2階にも席があるようでした。カウンター席は一席ごとにアクリル板で仕切りがされていました。客層は老若男女幅広く、ランチ時もけっこう混み合っていました。店内では懐かしいJ-POPが流れていました。カウンター席に着くと冷たい水とお手拭きが出されました。お店の人のテキパキとした接客も良いです。もつ煮込み定食を食しました。税込650円です。もつ煮込みにご飯、味噌汁、小松菜のお浸し、玉子焼き、沢庵漬けがつきました。もつ煮込みは蒟蒻や牛蒡などとともにトロトロになるまで煮込まれていて白葱がかけられています。もつは柔らかく弾力があって旨味がたっぷりであり、味噌の味わいも良いです。ご飯の炊き具合も良く食が進みます。味噌汁の具材は茄子、豆腐、青葱などでした。熱々で良い出汁が出ています。小松菜のお浸しは人参や白胡麻などとともに和えられていてしゃきりとして食感が良いです。玉子焼きはしっとりとしてほのかな甘味がしました。美味しかったです。 I visited the Donkey House Musashi Omiya store on December 24, 2021 (Friday). The soaked Japanese mustard spinach is mixed with carrots and white sesame seeds and has a crispy texture. Tamagoyaki was moist and had a slight sweetness. It was delicious.
