Saika Ramen - Nara

I visited because my acquaintance recommended me "Saika Ramen for Nara Ramen!" I came to the store alone at night, but I was able to take a seat without having many counter seats lined up. I heard that it is a popular restaurant, but since there were many seats including the tatami room, I wondered if the waiting time would not be that long even during busy hours. I ordered boiled eggs, peach pork toppings, and fried rice for Saika Ramen small, but the serving was quick and I was able to eat it immediately. Looking at the photo, I thought it was a light feeling with plenty of Chinese cabbage, but when I tried it, the scent of garlic was strong and it felt like it was tight. It was a taste that made me want to eat again when I was hungry ... It seems that the head office is in Tenri, so I will go there again. It was a treat! This is the second time since the shop in Nagoya, so I made a small Saika ramen and ordered Taiwanese soul food "Rurohan" like a pork bowl. It was a very delicious bowl, as if you were eating it at a Taiwanese food stall.

Because it contains a large amount of chili oil, it is a soy sauce ramen with strong garlic and chili oil. The noodles are orthodox hydrated medium-thick straight noodles. I am very grateful for the system where char siu can choose between rib meat and thigh meat. I thought that the rouleaux rice was quite authentic. I had a unique smell that I ate several times in Taiwan. It's pretty delicious. I wanted to visit again when I came to Nara. It's a ramen shop, but since the garlic is strong, it will be retouched like a yakiniku shop at the time of accounting lol
