こ	こつて on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 透明なスープ。塩バターが有名みたいだけど、バターが苦手なのでノーマルの塩に。コクが足りないとかいうこともなく、美味しく頂いた。勧められた柚子胡椒も使ってみたら、味に締まりが出て香りもいいし、これまた美味しかった。星1つ減らしたのは、コロナ明けの開店で客は自分の他に一人しかいなかったのに、麺がほぐれてなくて固まったところがあったので。接客態度はとても良かったので、麺の塊だけがマイナスでした。 Transparent soup. B	BR BH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチを塩で頂きました。あのいごっその系統の塩スープを期待して塩ラーメンです。平日ランチとはラーメン、ライス、唐揚げが2個がついてきます。スープはいごっそを思い出すあっさりスープ。某チェーンとは全然違います。やっぱり美味しい。チャーシューもいごっそはこんな感じでしたね。唐揚げはしっかり下味がついていてご飯に良く合う。そして、、、何故だかライスが美味しすぎました。炊き立てだったのか？ピンと粒が立っていて瑞々しく、少し気持ち硬めの炊き具合。ラーメン屋さんで不思議な経験をしました。私は某チェーン店のように「自然由来の材料を〇〇種類使ったスープ！」とか要らないと思います。どんな謳い文句でも不味ければ意味がない。逆に失笑を買うだけです。このお店は駐車場が無いのは残念ですが、新大宮に根を下ろして欲しいです。最後に、、、一点、、、いごっそのスープより、少し味があるのかも？と感じました。いごっそは物足らないくらいあっさりとしたスープと感じる事がありました。ここは少しいごっそよりは濃いかも知れません。けれども十分に美味しいと思います。 I had lunch on weekdays with salt. う	うし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻と昼過ぎに来店。駅近の為、駐車場は無く、近くのコインパーキングに停めました。（200円）店内は至って普通のラーメン屋さん。接客は元気良く、対応も早く心地よかったです。注文は鶏白湯ラーメン（ネギ多め半玉追加）唐揚げセットを頼みました。麺もしっかりしててスルスルといけます！スープも少し薄く感じましたが最後まで飲み干せるほど美味しいです！妻も美味しいと評価してましたので、機会があれば寄っても良いと思える店でした。 I came to the store after noon with my wife.
