アクセサリーを整理していた男性店員に声をかけ、質問をしたらかなり態度悪くあしらわれました。文句を言うと、「そもそもお待ちになられている方がいるので本来は待っていただかないと」と言われたが、そのような表示はカウンターに表示されてないし…それなら先にそう言えば良いのに。
ちなみにその店員は中村一真という店員でした。
この人の接客は二度と受けたくないと思います。

非常に丁寧で、明るく笑顔で応対してくれた。
質問したら細かいことまで、嫌がらずに対応してくれた。
京都ではまだ繋がりにくい、アクセサリーは店で買うと高い、等のデメリットも口籠らず、ハッキリ説明してくれた。
キャンペーンの適用に関しても、必ず適用になるように、その場で楽天アプリを開いて操作してくれた。
友人の紹介に関しても、その場で友人から連絡が来るのを待ってくれたりした。
このような素晴らしい対応を受け、私としても楽天モバイルのファンを増やしたいし、無料キャンペーンが終わっても継続して使いたいと強く感じている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミがすごく悪かった(笑)ので、果たしてどんなだろうと思いましたが、拍子抜けするくらい普通でした。ただ、行かれる際はネットから予約されないと、ウォークインでの対応は無理なようでした。僕は予約をして伺いました。
ポケットWi-Fiを新規で契約しましたが、事前に契約内容などをネットで読んでおくシステムでしたが、それなりに時間はかかります。ポケットWi-Fiにはまあ満足です。
