★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桂駅近辺では唯一のソフトバンク携帯電話の取扱店。株式会社タフ（本社奈良市、代表取締役 川野隆祐）が運営している。店舗前にどぎついピンク色の幟旗を立てているが、京都市の「屋外広告物に関する条例」に違反しているので撤去した方が良いと思う。

この店舗で手続きをしてもらった内容が正しく手続きをされておらず振込手数料など無駄にかかりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ それほど待ち時間が多い店舗ではありません。店員は他の店舗では理解してくれないIMEIの括りつけのことを理解している方もいますので、SIMフリー端末を利用して使いたい場合の相談もできます。また、Y!mobileも併設しているので個々の使用状況に合わせての契約もできます。契約駐車場は近くのコインパーキングになり、少し歩くことになり不便ではあります。駅前ですので路上駐車の取り締まりはよくしています。以前は近くにdocomo、auもありましたが両店舗とも移転などでなくなりました。待ち時間はそれほどでもありませんが予約をしてから来店する方が間違いないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外人です。Ymobileです。店内はきれいに設計され、親しみやすい環境ですけど、完全予約制ですから、店内で番号札とれるけど、長く待たないとですわ。店員にこの前のなにか安心なになに保険みたいなつまらない料金を取り消してもらって、別にありがたいですけど、数年前のプランですから、ちょっと変更せる選択肢がありそうな気がしましたが、結局これが一番やすいって告げられ、このまま終わった。そのあと、やはり自分でMyYmobileでプラン変更を見つけまして、そして変更を申し込んだ。僕は外人ですから、何らかごまかされたか、と思いました。それほどひどいじゃないですが、少しでもやばいですわ。3☆出すべきですが。

平日お昼前店員は4人、客は私ともう一人でした。
初心者マークのついた店員さんが接客…それは別にいいですが、多分タブレットを見せながら説明しないといけない部分を一人ガン見して説明なし。
最後の方に住所とかは変更なしにしときましたんで…との事。
一緒に契約してた旦那の携帯代が家族割とかプランによっては高くなる可能性がありますとの説明。
いくら高くなりますか？と聞くと。
慌てて調べるも画面閉じたのでわかりません。
初心者が対応するのも仕方がないけど混んでるわけでもないから、喋ってる他の店員さん見守ってあげませんか？対応に困ってるようだったら助けてあげませんか？
去年イオン桂川内のソフトバンクで解約した時は10分弱の手続きでした。
２年毎に他社に乗り換えしてますが、ソフトバンクはもうないかな…あったとしても桂店には行きません。
