Above the huge underground water tank, there is a plaza with an elementary school playground and a futsal court operated by Frontale. The green lawn that covers the front of the schoolyard from the square is dazzling!
A place that used to be a pool loved by the citizens before it was called Saginuma Kappaku. In a place loved by the citizens again.
