S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの佐川には星一つもつけたく無いです。・朝から配達中になってるのに昼に何故か持ち戻り、翌日まで荷物が来ない・配達予定時間から大幅に遅れてくる・受け取り日時の変更が発送元からじゃないと変更できない等、数えきれないほど。忙しいのはわかりますが、目に余ります。数年前妊娠中だった時、上記の理由があり配達されず、けれどもどうしても当日中に引き取りたい荷物だったため、夜に荷物をセンターまで引き取りに行った事があります。その時受付にいた背の低い年配の男性に、荷物番号と名前を伝えたところ「ちょっと待ってね〜」と中に戻って行ったっきり、一向に戻ってこず…。後から来た女性のお客様や女性ドライバーさんに声をかけていただき、やっと対応してもらいました。寒い事務所の中で40分ほど待たされました。かなり年配だったので痴呆なのか、そして繁忙期だったのでそのまま忘れ去られてしまったのかわかりませんが、あの雑な扱いは未だに覚えているほど酷かったです。その後発送は一切使用せず、ネットで買い物する際もどうしてもな時以外は佐川急便を利用しているサイトは使用していません。 I don't want to add a single star to Sagawa here. ・ I have been delivering from the morning, but for some reason I brought it back in the afternoon and the luggage did not come until the next day ・ Significantly delayed from the scheduled delivery time ・ You can only change the date and time of receipt from the sender.
