★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット注文でお米を頼んでいますが配達員の年配でちっさいおじさんの使ってるオーデコロンがとんでも無く臭くてお米の段ボールに匂いが移っちゃって不快過ぎてヤバいです 毎回同じおじさんが配達なんです。どーにかなりませんかね？お米は匂い移りしやすい物なのに・・・オーデコロンつけないで欲しい（涙）届いたら直ぐ中を出して段ボールは外に出してます臭過ぎて臭過ぎて腹が立つほどに不快です

警察も呼ばない、なんとかカウルの交換だけ。最低です。
営業所行こうって言ったら
「じゃぁ自分もう関係ありませんね」
この言葉が出た時には教育もしてないんだと思った。
キチンとした謝罪もないままです。

とても不便を感じる。
ただ、ドライバーさんは丁寧で素晴らしかったですっ‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐川急便は電話を掛けた側が料金を払う方式に変えました。 佐川急便側のトラブルが多いのにユーザーが問い合わせ料金を負担させられると言うのは納得が出来ません。極力使わないようにしましょう。
Sagawa Express has changed to a method in which the caller pays the fee. It is not convincing that the user is forced to bear the inquiry fee even though there are many troubles on the Sagawa Express side. Try not to use it as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配達前に電話をくれます。仕事で出られないことがほとんどですが、折り返し電話連絡ができ、すぐに再配達の日時を決められるのでとてもありがたいです。担当のドライバーさん、いつもありがとうございます。
ヤマト運輸とは大違いです。
I will call you before delivery. Most of the time I can't get out at work, but I'm very grateful that I can get back to you by phone and set the date and time for redelivery immediately. Thank you to the driver in charge.
It's very different from Yamato Transport.
