★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の一言 対応してくれた女性の方が男性上司に質問したら目の前で客が居るのに面倒くさいから無理見たいな事を言ってたので、直接どう言う意味ですか？ってその人に聞いたら、「どうなるかわからないですよって」投げやりな物言い案の定荷物はブン投げられて凹んでこぼれてました。やっぱりヤマト運輸にしておけば良かったです。持ち込みは歓迎されてないですね、毎回嫌々対応してる感じなのでもう頼みません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持ってくるダンボールがすごく汚れてるし、へしゃげて箱が開いてるときもある…佐川の配達があった直後にだけ、ゴ◯が現れました。二回…それ以外は現れたことないし、そんなオプションいりません。
荷物は清潔な場所で保管していただきたいです。

自宅に梱包する箱も緩衝材も無かったので、直接持ち込めば何とかしてもらえるだろうと思いましたが、全くでした。
箱は無いです、梱包材もロール単位でしか無いです。だそうです。
手のひら大の品物の発送にロール単位の梱包材がいるわけないじゃないですか。サービスとして提供してないので仕方ないとはいえ、対応があきらかに面倒くさそうな態度で驚きました。
ちなみに後日の東神奈川のクロネコヤマトに持ち込んだら大変協力的に相談にのっていただけました。個人向けはクロネコを使った方が良いです。

By the way, when I brought it to Kuroneko Yamato in Higashikanagawa at a later date, I was able to consult with him very cooperatively. For individuals, it is better to use Kuroneko.
