塩ラーメン、
煮卵ラーメン、
を頂きました、
どちらも細麺で、
ツルッとした口当たりです、
塩ラーメンのスープは、
あっさりとしていますが、
出汁が効いていていて、
中々美味しいです、
煮卵ラーメンは、
醤油であっさりしていますが、
出汁の旨味とカツオ節の風味が、
特徴的で美味しく頂きました、
個人的には、
醤油ラーメンを
おススメします❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと行きたかったこちらのお店にやっと行くことが出来ました。
塩らーめんがおすすめと書いてありましたが今日は醤油ベースのワンタンめんをチョイス。
トッピングされてるチャーシューなどもとても美味しかったですが、なにより麺が美味しかったです。
スープと絡まっていい感じ。
普段は太麺好きな私ですが、とても気に入りました。
今度は是非おすすめの塩らーめんを食べに行きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気店かつ席数わずか8席の狭小店舗なので、10分程度外でウェイティング。
ここのスープは牛スジと魚介、野菜がベースゆえすごくキレイ。手前ではサッパリと、余韻が長くジワジワ旨味を感じる奥行きのある味わい。
醤油もガツっとしてて旨いけどここはやっぱり塩かな。久々にスープ飲み干しました。
It's a popular store and a small store with only 8 seats, so you can wait outside for about 10 minutes.
The soup here is very beautiful because it is based on beef tendon, seafood and vegetables. In the foreground, it has a refreshing and deep taste with a long lingering finish and a wrinkled umami.
The soy sauce is also tasty, but I think it's salt here. I drank the soup after a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩ベースの鶏らーめんを注文しました。塩スープの優しい味に少量のニンニクかと思いますが、麺が絡み蒸し鶏と絶妙なマリアージュとなります。地域で一押しのらーめん屋さんです。
雨の日に傘建てを出してある時は、気をつけましょう。ビニール傘の柄に輪ゴムの印を付けているにも関わらず買ったばかりの新品の傘を持っていく筋の悪い客がいますので、傘は席に持っていくことをおすすめします。
I ordered salt-based chicken ramen. I think it's a small amount of garlic with the gentle taste of salt soup, but the noodles are entwined and it becomes an exquisite mariage with steamed chicken. It is one of the best ramen shops in the area.
Be careful when you have an umbrella on a rainy day. There are some customers who have a bad idea to bring a new umbrella that they just bought even though the handle of the vinyl umbrella is marked with a rubber band, so it is recommended that you bring the umbrella to your seat.

食した事が無く気になっていました。
今回初めて訪店させて頂きました。
席数は少ないですが
そんな感じも良しです( ꈍᴗꈍ)
鶏ラーメンも食べてみたかったのですが
まずは塩ラーメンと思い頂きましたが
澄んだ透明スープに細縮れ麺、揚げたニンニクの粒‥彩りよい青梗菜。。
最高でした。
美味しかったです!
また食べに行きたいです

【スープ評価】
・二郎よろしく乳化豚骨スープで、旨み、脂ともに合格ラインを越え、中々に美味しいです。
・本家二郎よりは塩辛くないものの、流石に飲み干すことは厳しいです。
・おそらく化学調味料が入っているのでしょうが、豚の旨みも引き出されており、この地域では希少な二郎インスパイアのラーメンです。
【麺評価】
・中太平打ちストレート麺で、コシが強く、食べごたえがあり、小麦の美味しさも堪能できます。オーション100%ではないようです。
・麺量は並盛だと結構少なめです。お腹が空いているときは中盛がいいと思います。
【具材評価】
・チャーシューはインパクトが強いですが、味は及第点以上です。柔らかく、旨みも残されています。
・かなり分厚く、量もあるので、追チャーシューは必要ないでしょう。
【感想】
・約5年ぶりの来店でした。以前とメニューも料理人も変わっていて、レベルはちょっと上がった感じです。
・当初よりあった味噌ラーメンより、ガッツリ系の方が人気が高いようで、味も後者が上です。
・店内がやや汚いのは残念ですが、お腹が空いたときはまた行きたいと思います。
