後 山形県 福島県の山々が 良く見れますよ。 後港に 入港する船舶ですね。
 It is said that you can take beautiful pictures of the setting sun.
You can see the mountains of Fukushima prefecture in Yamagata prefecture. It's a ship that enters the rear port.

対岸の港タワーより展望室が広いです。
I felt it was a very old building.
The observatory is wider than the port tower on the opposite bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所だから散歩がてらや、ひまつぶしにちょうど良い場所。この日は展望室が定期点検中とかで上がれなかった。駐車場ありトイレあり自販機もある。隣は子どもの遊び場で夏場は近隣に臨時駐車場つくるほど混雑してた(コロナ禍前)
It's a neighborhood, so it's a good place to take a walk or kill time. I couldn't go up on that day because the observation room was under regular inspection. There is a parking lot, a toilet, and a vending machine. Next door is a children's playground, and in the summer it was so crowded that a temporary parking lot was created nearby (in front of Corona).

無料で楽しめます。みなとトンネルを掘削する際に作られた施設です。
NGT48がミュージックビデオで使用した屋外階段も見れます。
There is a similar facility on the entry side.
You can enjoy it for free. It is a facility created when excavating the Minato Tunnel.
You can also see the outdoor stairs used by NGT48 in the music video.

日本海の、荒波が見れます！
基本的にそんな面白い施設ではないのですが、
隣の公園の合間に行くにはとても良いと思います！
Subjective recommendation level 59!
You can see the rough waves of the Sea of Japan!
Basically it's not such an interesting facility,
I think it's very good to go between the parks next door!
