My waiter purposely seated me so I could see the grill where they were cooking the gyutan, and when he saw me about to take a photo of my meal, he came over and turned the teacup so that "Rikyu" was visible. Small touches like that made the meal a humorous and enjoyable little experience.
Food itself - enjoyed it all but nothing too special. Main thing is that I wish everything, especially the tongue, was served at a hotter temperature.

The taste was awesome and so yummy, the gyutan is adorable.
Make sure you look at their japanese name, the english word ‘rikyu gyutan’ is so small.
