東	東住美希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かランチコースをいただきました。圧倒的豪華な空間に緊張しそうな雰囲気ですが、超一流かつ親近感もあるサービスで、初グランメゾンの中学生の姪っ子を連れてもリラックスしてお食事できました。お味はもちろん目にも鮮やかなお料理と共に心温まる時間を過ごせました。 I had a lunch course several times. The atmosphere seems to be tense in the overwhelmingly luxurious space, but the service is superb and has a sense of intimacy, and I was able to relax and eat with my first Grand Maison junior high school niece. I was able to spend a heartwarming time with dishes that were not only delicious but also vivid to the eyes.
た	たまごぴー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでコース料理をいただきました。さりげないおもてなしのサービス、そして笑顔がとても素敵なスタッフさんの中、五感をフルに楽しんで美味しく料理をいただきました。とうもろこしのクリームのスープ、魚介とポテトの焼き物、スズキのロティ、小菓子のオランジェットは絶品‼️ 豆の新芽を食材として使われていて斬新✨ 残念だったのは、アミューズのカニのフリット。ソースや添えつけてある物でなのか、苦味が凄く強かったので、カニ本来の味わいが消されて本当に残念でした。高層階からの眺めは開放感があり、心も舌も優雅にランチタイムを楽しむ事が出来ました?? ありがとう。ごちそうさまでした? I had a course meal at lunch. The casual hospitality service and the staff with a very nice smile enjoyed the five senses and enjoyed the delicious food. The corn cream soup, grilled seafood and potatoes, sea bass roti, and small confectionery orangette are excellent! ️ Innovative because the sprout of beans is used as an ingredient What was disappointing was the amuse crab frit. The bitterness was very strong, probably because it was a sauce or an accessory, so it was really disappointing that the original taste of the crab was erased. The view from the upper floors has a feeling of openness, I was able to enjoy lunch time gracefully with my heart and tongue ?? Thank you. Thank you for your feast ?
醍	醍醐優 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、レストランでアワビ料理押しの期間がありカチカチのゴムみたいな酷いアワビを出されてもう終わりだなと思った時もあったけど、最近料理は良くなったと思います。（コロナもあり料理に選択肢が極めて少ないのはXXと思いますが……）でも、なんだろう？スタッフ全員が同じ方向を向いて無い感じがします。ホテル内の他のレストランからの移動などもあってたらい回しになってる人もいるでしょう。コロナで経営が大変と思いますが、少なくともスタッフが店を愛せる状態を作ることが経営陣やマネージャの役目と思います。星もつかないのはそういう雰囲気が伝わって来ないからと思います。いくらフジタの絵が掛かってたり、料理が良くなっても駄目、、、と思ったのは着席時に置いてある皿に拭き跡が盛大に残ってたから。これを書いてその担当が責められることの無いようにしてもらいたいけど、責任は店を愛して客を愛するスタッフにできない上層部のせいです。 I used to think that it was over when I had a period of abalone cooking at a restaurant and had a terrible abalone like a ticking rubber, but I think the food has improved recently. (I think XX has very few choices for cooking because of the corona, but ...) But what is it? I feel that all the staff are not facing the same direction. Some people may be fooling around because of the movement from other restaurants in the hotel. I think it is difficult to manage in Corona, but at least it is the role of the management and managers to create a state where the staff can love the store. I think the reason why there are no stars is that such an atmosphere is not transmitted. No matter how much Fujita's picture was hung or the food was good, I thought that it wouldn't work because there were a lot of wiping marks on the plate that was placed when I was seated. I want you to write this so that the person in charge is not blamed, but the responsibility is due to the upper management who can not be the staff who loves the store and loves the customers.

H	Heidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to get a booking for family on a Sunday. Luckily for us it was a beautiful blue sky day so the view from the restaurant on 33rd floor was magnificent. The set menu was absolutely delicious. A good mixture of cold and warm hors d’oeuvres.
