Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚に伴い、顔合わせプランで利用しました。初めて利用させていただいたのですが、まず受付が分かりずらい。店の開店時間にフロアへ上がると、エレベーター前には大量の他のお客様が。レストランのフロアへ上がると受付まで一本道なのですが、その出入口で多くのお客様がオープンしているのか分からず迷われていました。(きっと最初に居た方が待ち合わせなどで先に進まず、後続の方がオープンしていないと勘違いされたのだと思います。) 何か立て看板か、一人スタッフを配置して導入案内されるほうが親切かと存じます。他にも、新婦側のお父様に苦手な食べ物があり、一部メニューを変更していただいていたのですが、あろうことか新郎の父親側に間違って配膳し、間違いと気づいたあとも軽く"すみません"と一言あっただけ。そのまま配膳されたお皿を全員の前で交換して終わりでした。まだまだコロナ化なので、人の前に出した皿をそのまま入れ替えるのはどうなのか。お箸を頼んでも、忙しかったのか結局1料理食べ終わるまで持ってこず、再度こちらから注文してやっとでてくるわ、配膳の際など終始スタッフに笑顔がない、声が小さいなど、正直がっかりの連続でした。正直、一流ホテルのレストランとは思えませんでした。マネジャーも変わられたようなので、改善していってほしいと感じます。 I used it in a face-to-face plan when I got married.
