★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場はありません。高田松原津波復興記念公園が完成すれば、その中化から訪れる場所になるかと思います。
震災遺構として、保存されるものです。まだ、ガラスが割れているそのままの状態で残されており見たときは驚きました。震災から10年経とうとしている今(2021年2月1日)でさえもまだ震災遺構として残される保存のための処理が出来ない状況なのかと。
近くに来た際は、是非とも訪れていただきたい場所です。
There's no parking lot. When the Takata Matsubara Tsunami Reconstruction Memorial Park is completed, I think it will be a place to visit from its neutralization.
It is preserved as the remains of the earthquake. I was surprised when I saw that the glass was still broken and left as it was. Even now, 10 years after the earthquake (February 1, 2021), I wonder if it is still impossible to preserve the remains of the earthquake.
This is a place you should definitely visit when you come nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわてTSUNAMIメモリアルからは車で数分走ると見えてきます。
周りには何もなくただ建っているだけですが津波のすごさを理解するには充分すぎる遺構です。
4階と5階でこうも違うとは・・。
From the Iwate Tsunami Memorial, you can see it after a few minutes drive.
There is nothing around it and it is just built, but it is more than enough to understand the greatness of the tsunami.
What is the difference between the 4th and 5th floors?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車日本一周で立ち寄りました。建物の4回まで津波が到達するとはだれも思わなかったことでしょう。後世に伝えていくべき貴重な遺産だと思います。
I stopped by a bicycle around Japan. No one would have expected the tsunami to reach up to four times in the building. I think it is a valuable heritage that should be passed down to future generations.

公営の定住促進住宅でしたが、津波の直撃を受け４階まで水が来ました。
現在保存工事中で、駐車場などを整備している様です。
恐らく３～４階に居た人達は、ここまで津波が上がって来るとは思ってもいなかったでしょう。
人々の想定を越える自然の猛威を再確認できます。
21/4/12 Visit.
It was a public settlement promotion house, but the water came to the 4th floor due to the direct hit of the tsunami.
It seems that the preservation work is currently underway and the parking lot is being maintained.
Perhaps the people on the 3rd and 4th floors didn't expect the tsunami to come this far.
You can reconfirm the ferocious nature that exceeds people's expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階、2階でも脅威に感じますが、それより高く5階の床にまで波が到達したそうです。
建物に印された津波到達水位の看板にある14.5mの事実を目の前にしても実感が追いついてこないものですね。
さらに促進住宅の周りには建物が無く、さら地がつづいている風景に自然の畏怖を感じてしまいます。
震災遺構の"陸前髙田ユースホステル"、"奇跡の一本松"のある道の駅"髙田松原"からは徒歩で移動するにはチョッと時間のかかる離れた場所になります。
徒歩での周遊は時間がかかりますが、この辺りは、その他の震災遺構が点在しているので忘れずに押さえておきたいですね。
I feel threatened on the 1st and 2nd floors, but it seems that the waves have reached the 5th floor higher than that.

Furthermore, there are no buildings around the promotion housing, and you will feel the awe of nature in the landscape where the land is continuous.
It takes a long time to walk from the roadside station "Takada Matsubara" where "Rikuzentakata Youth Hostel" and "Miracle Pine" are located.
It takes time to go around on foot, but there are other earthquake remains scattered around here, so don't forget to keep it in mind.
