ネギも今まで通り自分で追加出来るのはありがたい•*¨*•.¸¸♬︎
安定の美味さだった

安定の味でほっこりするラーメン。ネギは大盛り注文して更にテーブルのネギを加えてネギラーメンの完成！

店内はカウンター上と店内奥の壁が鏡になっており、店内を明るく広く見せています。
店内はトイレを含めて清潔感と明るさをアピールしています。
彩ラーメンの鉄板チャーハンセットと黒豚餃子をオーダーしました。
店員さんの接客態度はとても良いです。
気持ち良いと感じます。
横綱ラーメンは京都の屋台から始まったラーメン屋さんと記憶しています。
父親は横綱ラーメンが好きだったようです。
ラーメンが運ばれてくると一緒に青ネギが提供されます。
感染対策からラーメンと一緒に出されるのかも知れません。
京都のラーメンとしてはあっさりめのスープかと思います。
屋台をルーツに持つお店ですがどちらかと言えば関東の屋台ラーメンっぽい感じがします。
理由は鶏ガラ、牛骨、豚骨などの骨を砕いたスープ感が薄いのと、塩味が立っているためです。
スープに関しては好みの問題だしょうけど、個人的にはちょっと物足りなさを感じます。
チャーハンは写真の通り生たまごが付いてきます。
鉄板チャーハンの名の通り、鉄板にのせて提供されます。
生玉たまごは好みで使えば良いと思います。
私は少しだけ鉄板を冷まして、チャーハンの上に凹みを作ってたまごを落とします。
そのあと鉄板の上でチャーハンを混ぜると少し緩めのいり卵のチャーハンになります。少ししっとりしたたまごが好きなんです。
餃子は、豚肉が前面に出てくる餃子の仕上がりになっています。
どれも可もなく不可もなくといった印象です。
カカフカカ、、、可かなぁ〜って感じでしょうか。
