二	二分 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2021/01 昼訪問) お店につくと、道路側に3組ほど並んでいました。これくらいなら待つかと思っていたら、敷地内に更に5組ほど並んでいました...。結局50分ほど待ちました...。注文は全部オススメとなっている、竹燻製麺(800円)、大根ぎょうざ(450円)、むすび菜(150円)。竹燻製麺は、チャーシューを竹で燻製したとあります。燻製感があまり主張せず、美味しいチャーシューです。麺は硬めの縮れ麺。歯切れよく好みです。スープは普通にうまい塩ラーメンのそれって感じですが、燻製チャーシューがほんのり染み出てる気がするようなしないような。大根ぎょうざは、種を大根スライスで包んだものです。シャクッとした食感が良いのですが、大根と種の味があまりマッチしてない気がしました。タレが胡麻ダレ、ポン酢、抹茶塩の3種類あるのが面白いです。抹茶塩が一番合っていたと感じました。むすび菜は、塩気のある菜と固めの飯がマッチしてとても美味しいです。他にも「甘露醤油麺」とか「鶏しょうが焼き御飯」とか、いちいち興味惹かれるメニューがあり商売上手な印象を受けました。 (2021/01 noon visit) When I arrived at the shop, there were about 3 groups lined up on the road side. It's a delicious char siu that doesn't claim to be smoked. The noodles are hard curly noodles. I like it crisply. The soup is usually delicious salt ramen, but I don't feel like the smoked char siu is slightly exuding. Radish gyoza is a seed wrapped in radish slices. The crispy texture is good, but I felt that the taste of the radish and the seeds did not match very well. It is interesting that there are three types of sauce: sesame sauce, ponzu sauce, and matcha salt. I felt that matcha salt was the best match. Musubi greens are very delicious because salty greens and hard rice match. There are other menus such as "Kanro soy sauce noodles" and "Chicken ginger-grilled rice" that are interesting to me, and I got the impression that they are commercial sellers.
