営業スタッフ同士の引継ぎが出来てない。
平日に連絡してほしいと伝えたにも関わらず、土日に連絡してくる担当。
見積書作るのに、こちらのオプションを聞かずに作る。
●整備で不満が有ったことはないです。
…整備だけ御世話になるならアリかもです。
私は営業スタッフのレスポンス悪さに疲れました。

担当者も移動で何人か変わったが、今の担当者はもともと整備士だったのが営業に移動した人である。なので他の営業の担当者と違い、車の事を聞けばその場で直ぐに要因、原因などを分かりやすく説明をしてくれるので、ありがたい担当者である。
The store here is the one where I first bought the car and has been with me for about 30 years.
The person in charge also changed due to the move, but the person in charge now was originally a mechanic who moved to sales. Therefore, unlike other sales staff, when I hear about a car, they immediately explain the factors and causes in an easy-to-understand manner, so I am grateful.
