週末の昼時に行ったら、テーブルもカウンターもほぼ満席でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩中華と味噌ラーメン大盛をいただきました。塩中華はあっさりしています。味噌ラーメンは生姜が効いていて美味しかったです。チャーシューも大きいです。
We had a large serving of salted Chinese food and miso ramen. Salt Chinese food is light. The miso ramen was delicious with ginger. The char siu is also big.

When I miss the ramen of Miyata's Guuden, which is now gone, I will come here with a similar taste. Miso spicy green onion ramen is delicious so I often order it.

女性店員は、不貞腐れたような態度で、接客するし、店主に、らーめんおいしいですね！と伝えたら、無愛想に「あー」としか返事がなくて、褒めて損した気持ちになった。
The taste is about the middle, but the customer service attitude is rotten.
The female clerk serves customers with an unfaithful attitude, and the shop owner tells me that the ramen is delicious! When I told him that, he was unfriendly and only answered "Ah", and I felt complimented and lost.

I personally recommend the salt ramen type.
It has a solid backfat, is savory, has a punchy taste, and is satisfying to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年かぶりにお伺いしました。カウンター席に座り外観も暖簾も変わっていて店内がこんなに広かったかなと思うくらい来ていなかったことを感じつつしょうゆラーメンを待ちました。湯切りの音が聞こえてからほどなくしてラーメンが運ばれてきました。もやしがうず高く盛り込まれていて大判のチャーシュー、しなちくも添えられていてスープに浮かんだつぶつぶの背脂に更に美味しさを期待しました。スープをすくって眺めるとしょうゆスープに浮かんだつぶつぶの背脂がキラキラと輝きいい香りが漂ってきました。すすってみると醤油の塩味が一瞬広がりましたが醤油スープの香りと旨味とコク深い後からより広がり飲み込むと背脂のほのかな甘みが残るだけでスープの塩味はわずかな余韻を残して消えてしまいました。素晴らしい味わいのスープでした。麺は中太ストレートでモチモチとした歯応えとざらついたような歯ざわり舌触りでスープとよく合っていました。チャーシューは肉厚で一口では入り切らない大判サイズ。チャーシューは噛みごたえがあって下味もほどよく噛めば噛むほど旨味を感じました。スープに黒コショウを入れてみたところ深みのあるコクうま醤油スープにピリッとしたアクセントとコショウの香りがさらに美味しさを引き立ててくれました。とても美味しいラーメンでした。ごちそうさまでした。?
I visited you for the first time in several years. I sat at the counter and waited for the salty soy sauce ramen, feeling that the inside of the restaurant had changed so much that I thought it was so spacious. Shortly after hearing the sound of the hot water, the ramen was brought in. I expected the bean sprouts to be even more delicious with the large-sized char siu pork and the mashed backfat that floated in the soup. When I scooped up the soy sauce and looked at it, the crushed lard that floated in the salty soy sauce sparkled and had a nice scent. When I sipped it, the salty taste of the soy sauce spread for a moment, but the aroma and umami of the soy sauce soup spreads further afterwards, and when swallowed, only the slight sweetness of the backfat remains and the salty taste of the soy sauce disappears with a slight lingering finish. It's gone. It was a wonderfully tasting soup. The noodles were medium-thick, straight and chewy, and had a rough texture that went well with the soup. The char siu is thick and has a large size that does not fit in one bite. The char siu was chewy and the more you chewed it, the more delicious it was. When I added black pepper to the soup, the deep rich flavor of the soy sauce soy sauce with a spicy accent and the aroma of pepper made it even more delicious. It was a very delicious ramen.
