み	みずのこうじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年51杯目。口コミが良くて気になっていたお店でした。平日11時15分頃に到着。先客は5名でした。券売機がなくオーダーを聞くタイプです。カウンターのみで8席？のワンオペです。メニュー表をみて直感でこってり醤油ラーメン850円を注文。少々待ち時間は長めで着丼です。店主から味の濃さは変えられるので気軽に声掛け下さいって。口のなかに旨味が広がる濃厚なスープにトロトロチャーシュー。麺も細過ぎず太すぎず、中細の縮れ麺。完成度の高いラーメンに出会う事が出来ました。もちろんスープまで完食させて頂きました。駐車場も店舗脇に2台分確保してあるのでタイミング良ければ車でも問題なしです。お会計時に、他の方のラーメンを作っていたので、作り終わるのを待っていたら、お気遣いありがとうございます。慣れてますのでいつでも大丈夫です(笑)の気さくな感じに親近感が沸いてまた訪問したくなりました。 The 51st cup in 2021.
