★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車で通り過ぎるたびに行列になってたので気になってたお店。
月曜の夜8時頃近くを歩いてたらそういえばと思い出して訪問してみた。
流石にこの時間は行列が無い。
入口に入ると右手の壁に券売機が。
せっかくなので肉中華とかいうチャーシューが沢山入ったラーメンを選択。
それでも1020円くらいだったかな。
券を買うと店員さんが待ってたので券を渡すと、背脂コッテリに出来ますがどうしますか？ と。
背脂系好きなのでお願いしました。
カウンターを勧められて着席。
奥行きのあるカウンターは14席くらいかな。
四人席が四つ、二人席が一つ。
ゆとりのある広さになってました。
カウンターはソーシャルの壁がアクリルで作られており、それぞれの席にティッシュが常備。そういう気遣いは嬉しいです。
店員さん結構いたけど、学生さんのバイトかな？ 元気に挨拶してたので雰囲気は悪くない。
麺がやってきたので早速一口。
シンプルな中華そばだがちょっと麺は太め。
スープや背脂が良く絡みますね。
チャーシューはそこまで凄さは無かったので普通の中華そばで良いかな。
欲張りすぎた。
 Every time I passed by a car, there was a line, so I was curious about the shop.
I remembered that when I walked around 8 o'clock on Monday night, I visited there.
As expected, there is no line at this time.
When you enter the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine on the wall on your right.
Since it's a big deal, I chose ramen with a lot of char siu called meat Chinese.
Still, it was about 1020 yen.
When I bought the ticket, the clerk was waiting for me, so if I handed the ticket, I could make it into a backfat lard. What should I do? When.
I like backfat, so I asked for it.
I was recommended to sit at the counter.
The deep counter has about 14 seats.
There are four seats for four and one seat for two.
It has become a spacious area.
The counter has a social wall made of acrylic, and each seat has a tissue. I'm happy about that kind of concern.
The clerk was fine, but is it a student's part-time job? The atmosphere is not bad because I greeted him well.
The noodles came, so I took a bite immediately.
Simple Chinese noodles, but the noodles are a little thick.
Soup and lard are often entwined.
The char siu wasn't that great, so I wonder if it's okay to use ordinary Chinese noodles.
I was too greedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛味噌ラーメンを食べました。この寒い時期に丁度良い辛さのニンニク味噌がツルモチな麺とバッチリで美味しかった。チャーシューもトロトロで美味しい。
I ate spicy miso ramen. The spicy garlic miso, which was just right in this cold season, was delicious with the smooth noodles. The char siu is also delicious.

数人待ちがいましたがあまり待たずに着席
食券を渡す際に背脂多めのこってりも出来るとのことで、こってりにしてもらいました。
とても美味しいラーメンでしたがスタッフの対応もまた素晴らしく、気持ち良く食事できました。
カウンターの各席にも手荷物等を入れるカゴ、テッシュ、水のピッチャーが置いてあり、よく配慮されている。
店内も清潔感があり、女性客も多いのが納得できます。
塩味は強く感じたのでしょっぱいのが苦手な人にはどうだろうか？
私は多少並んでもまた行きたいと思えるお店です。

It was a very delicious ramen, but the staff were very friendly and I was able to eat comfortably.
Each seat at the counter also has a basket for baggage, a tissue, and a water pitcher, which are carefully considered.
The inside of the store is clean and I can understand that there are many female customers.
I felt the saltiness was strong, so what about people who are not good at salty food?
It's a shop that I would like to visit again even if I line up a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best broth of ramen I’ve tasted in Sendai so far. The broth was rich in taste with a perfect balance of saltiness, umami and sweetness. I’ve tried Yamagata Karamiso Ramen and I love how it was spicy but not in an overwhelming level. It would have been better if there’s less oil and the noodles are softer to bite. Nonetheless, highly recommended (better to avoid peak hours!).
