★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富沢駅近辺で深夜まで営業している貴重なラーメン屋です。ねぎラーメンをいただきましたが、旨味がコントロールされているスープが癖になります。
It is a valuable ramen shop that is open until midnight near Tomizawa Station. I had green onion ramen, but I'm addicted to the soup whose umami is controlled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めの来店でBランチの丸源餃子セット(肉ラーメンと餃子、ライス)を食べました。+料金でラーメンが別に替えれます。お肉が沢山入ってて麺もこしがあり美味しかった。
アプリ登録したら替え玉かソフトクリームのどちらかサービスです。私はソフトクリームを選んで食べましたが、あっさりのシャーベット系でした。
初めの来店でしたが店員さんも感じが良く、丁寧に説明してくれました。
～追伸～
先ほど財布のレシート何気に確認したら、無料ソフトクリームの代金が取られてました。せっかくアプリでクーポン読み取りしてるのに店員のミスですね、此方も会計時にレシート確認しなかったけど、あ～空喜び?

そう言った理由で⭐２つです。
At the first visit, I ate B lunch Marugen dumpling set (meat ramen and dumplings, rice). + Ramen can be changed separately for a fee. It had a lot of meat and the noodles were chewy and delicious.
After registering the app, it is either a replacement ball or soft serve ice cream service. I chose soft serve ice cream and ate it, but it was a light sherbet type.
It was my first visit to the store, but the clerk also felt good and explained me carefully.

When I checked the receipt of my wallet earlier, I was paid for the free soft serve ice cream. It's a mistake of the clerk even though I read the coupon with the app, I didn't check the receipt at the time of accounting, but I'm so happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フランチャイズですが店員さんの接客も元気で好感が持て、安定の美味さ。肉そばにするかつけ麺にするかいつも悩みます（笑）ちなみにガーリックチップをわんさかのせて食べるのが好きです。
Although it is a franchise, the customer service of the clerk is also energetic and has a good impression, and it is stable and delicious. I'm always worried about whether to use meat soba or tsukemen (laughs) By the way, I like to eat garlic chips on top of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酸辣湯麺を食べましたが まぁまぁの値段がする割にはカップ麺並の品質、バイトの方に味を求めても無駄ですね。
こちらのラーメンは全てがイマイチですね。
I ate hot and sour soup noodles, but for the price, it's as good as cup noodles, and it's useless to ask for a taste from a part-time job.
All of this ramen is not good.

『何これうまい！！！』みたいな感動はないです。
かと言っていまいちでもなく本当に普通のラーメン。
泉方面にある系列店舗と合わせて2回目ですが、またリピートしたいっていう感覚はないです。
まずいわけじゃないので★3で。

肉そば、鉄板玉子チャーハン、餃子、など
セットで注文^_^
どれも美味しいですね！肉そばは丸源独自の味？他のラーメン屋で食べたことのない味でした。
ラーメン屋には珍しく離乳食もメニューにありました！笑
ラーメン屋というよりファミレス感覚ですね^_^
座敷あり、4人テーブルも多かったです。
店員さんの愛想も良く、いいお店でした！

すごく混んでいて駐車場もいっぱいでした。
店内に入り順番待ちを記入して待ちますが、外まで呼び出してくれるわけではないので、代表で１名は店内で待機しなくてはいけません。出来れば呼び出しベルなどで社内で待機できるようにした方がよいと思います。
以外と客の回転率は良いようで、１０組ほど有った順番も１５分ほどで案内されました。
店内は思ったよりも広く、スタッフも活気があり良い感じです。
注文は熟成醤油ラーメン、酸辛湯麺、胡麻タンタン麺を注文。
どんぶりは小さめで成人男性には物足りないと思います。なのでセットものがお勧めです。
どのラーメンもそつなく美味しくて小さい丼があっという間に完食。
道理で回転率がよいわけですね。

The inside of the store is larger than I expected, and the staff are lively and nice.
I ordered aged soy sauce ramen, sour hot water noodles, and sesame tantan noodles.
The bowl is small and I think it is not enough for adult men. So I recommend the set.
All the ramen are delicious and the small bowl is ready to eat in no time.
It makes sense that the turnover rate is good.
