熊	熊坂茂久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンに味タマのトッピング間違いなく美味しい味噌ラーメンです！ゲンリュウさんの跡地でお弟子さんが開業と雑誌で見て訪問しました。最高ですね！LaLaガーデンに行ってしまった玄龍の味が恋しくなりますが… 店舗の中は面倒に感じていました。一丞さんを味わう事が出来良かったです！平日の仕事中にも行きやすくこれからは頻繁にお邪魔しようと思います。車で待てるのも冬空には有りがたいです。 Miso ramen with miso topping Definitely a delicious miso ramen! h	hzM vvatA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「鰆油の塩らーめん」を、チャーシュートッピングでいただきました。鰆と聞いても最初はピンと来ませんでしたが、スープを口に含むと旨味に驚きました。魚介系の出汁はたくさんありますが、とても淡麗な印象です。上手く伝える語彙がなく申し訳なく思いますが、控え目なのに攻撃力抜群といった感じです。正直なところ、スープの印象は残りますが麺は中の上といった、悪くはないものの特筆すべき点は見当たらない印象でした。チャーシューは豚の肩ロース、ばら肉がそれぞれ2枚です。味付けはスープを邪魔しない薄味です。こちらのお店は、鰆出汁の他にも味噌が有名だったりするので、何度か通ってみたくなりました。 I had "Spanish mackerel salt ramen" with char siu topping.
